Remarks

The college has its positives in extracurricular activities but academics needs greater improvement. The staff aren't competent enough apart from a few experienced ones there are a lot of newbies who don't even know what they are teaching also there's not much scope for the students to bring out their leadership qualities or organisational capabilities

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is not much rigorous. Though the syllabus is a bit outdated (some subjects) and it carries even those who forget some things they learn at PUC level so overall it's good enough. The exam structure comprises of two internals and a final exam

Placement Experience

2.5

Our college does not provide internship though the placement opportunities are decent enough companies regularly visit the campus also our college refers students to various job melas where good companies attend

College Events

3.5

Various events are celebrated in our college from auspicious ones like Gandhi jayanti to cultural ones we have them all. From fresher's day to farewell day our college ensures we students enagae in extracurricular activities and develop important life skills which also leave a memorable impact in your life

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible and is affordable there are also scholarships for economically poor students. The college charges a fee of 10000 per semester also including a refundable fee of 2000 rs which a student can redeem at the end of his graduation

Fees and Financial Aid

There were some scholarship programs but since those were for student's who belonged to backward classes I didn't enquire much about it. But as I have heard those didn't reimburse the full fess but were enough to a certain extent

Campus Life

3

Extracurricular activities are good enough the labs are decent but sports is an area where the college lacks. There is just an annual sports events which is held for just two days apart from that there aren't any sports events which is a setback

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network isn't good enough there isn't any network to be exact the seniors are helpful to a certain extent they do mingle and coach juniors but that again depends on the seniors who change every year. They were helpful enough for us

Admission

The admission was done based on merit. The 10th and 12th scores were the basis for accepting students. The college expects a minimum percentage of 70, if you meet the criteria you get selected. My 10th and 12th scores met the criteria hence I got admission without any hassles

Faculty

2.5

The faculty is not up to the mark some are very good at what they teach others are recruited even when they lack the hold on the subject or are inexperienced. The students have to learn on their own sometimes due to the faulty faculty

The placement cell in my college is okay they do get few good companies for campus recruitment and they guide us thoroughly how and when we should apply for placement they do conduct some sessions and bring people to guide us with everything. The percentage of students getting placement is 50 or 60 percentage. My plan after degree is to continue pursuing acca and then finding a job abroad

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
