- One thing thing which I liked about my college is affordable fees compared to other colleges
- Another is they are providing posting for us (pharm d students) in father Muller hospital kankanady
- Project and all will be done in father Muller so we'll get more exposures there
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not good .They are not having ability to maintain proper rules .It may be in the case of wearing uniforms and other thing
- They have hire more lecturer's . At least one experienced lecture in one department .they are taking freshers.its good but one experienced lecture as head of department is needed .
- At least they have to provide styfund to interns of Pharm D.As we are having posting in fathermuller we will get good exposures but styfund should be given at least to the intern
Course Curriculum Overview
I got seat from CET .we will get more theoritical knowledge here rather than practical.practical exposures are very important in our field. So I want them to improve this.we are having exams for 3 hours in final
Internships Opportunities
Actually our College will not provide any campus selection but they we are having internship in father Muller college at 6th year internship of our study.we are having one reaserch project during 5 the year .which will be done in the father Muller hospital under the guide of our college an dcoguide of the hospital
Fees and Financial Aid
students who are admitted through management seat will have to pay 200000 per year (but they will reduce fees amount for some students based upon which reason don't know) .As I am selected through cet I will have to pay 127000(67000KEA fees +60000college donation).Exam fees they will take seperately for each year and then if any functions are there means we have pay seperately.While comparing with other college fees is affordable.There's no specific scholarship from college .But we will be getting ssp scholarship from government
Campus Life
Functions like freshes day ,ethnic day , farewell ,sports competition, kaizen competition, Sharad pooje ,onam , Holi, will be celebrated annually.there is small library where we will get books of the particular subject ( not all the authors ,some authors book we will get ). As I told earlier infrastructure is weak actually we are having projectors in our class room which is always not proper .Only 2 classes having proper projector
Admission
I got seat from CET counselling .I wished about other college because of fees issue I chooses this college as it's having less fees .while applying for counseling I was not sure about that seat so .I blocked the seat in this college initially then I got seat from CET eligibility is have to be passed 12 the standard in science For admission have to visit office which is located at neerumarga then after having some conversation there they will send you to pharmacy college campus located at vamanjooru.further process will be continued there
Faculty
Faculties are not more in number ..they need to hire more faculties yet . But faculties who are there is fine .they will complete portion on time.But some experienced lecture's are required as head for department . faculties will help us in completing project ..they will guide us about it. We are having one board exam per year and 3 internals per year as ours exam is annual system. Final exams will be bit unexpected as it's a board exams but pass marks can be taken . practicals are not that much tough.At starting like in 1,2,3, year atleast 3 will get fail but from 4 the year almost everyone will pass who are eligible
Night Life
Actually our college campus view is not that much good .That doesn't have any sitting arrangement outside the college not have any cafes inside the college campus .So it's boring inside the campus. Not having more knowledge about hostel campus .Near college there is a spot called manasa ,pilikula it's nice place to remember. I have not spent a night time in college .
