- I like my college canteen because it has a nice ambiance and the food rates are also cheap for students
- I also like my classroom as it provides facilities like air conditioning and projector which makes me concentrate better
- The class mates of my college are also very friendly and helping in nature
Dislikes
- Rather there is projector in my class but it is not in working condition and also the fans of the class are not working properly
- The parking space in my college is very small. Students have to suffer form parking problems every day
- The library of my college have outdated books which are of no use of the student. The syllabus of the student have changed but the books are still old
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose bcom because i want to be a CA in the future and this course teaches me about the same so i chose this course. This course prepres me well for real world challenges which i can tackle by this course. There are no such improvements in the teaching methods of the course. The exam are taken at a duration of 3 and 6 months the exam level is difficult to pass
Fees and Financial Aid
In total i have paid 51000 per year which can be paid in 4 installments of 12750 per quarter the other courses in my college have approximately the same fee as my course There is no provision for any type of scholarship. The course is cheaper for SC/ST category There is a 1000 ruppes registration fee which was taken from me at the beginning
Campus Life
The college life is very good for me. There are a lot of events which takes place in my college such as marketing fest and sports programs. The accessibility of books in the library is limited a lot times there are old books which are out of syllabus the classroom are equipped with a decent projector and a ac The college is also very large to play any type of sports
Admission
I first applied to GGNIMT for my bcom course but it was far from my home and i also applied in Atam vallabh jain college ludhiana as it was near to my home and the faculty was nice to talk. No I don't get any type of rejection from the colleges i had applied to. The admission process of my college is offline. The student has to purchase a college form for admission in the college
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio in our college is very low. Th e students are much higher in the college as compared to teachers working there. The faculty members are approachable to students when the student needs any type of help. The college tooks 2 exams per semester. The first one is at the college level which is checked at the college only. The second exam comes from the PU which is a little difficult to clear at first
Night Life
The night life of my college is not very good the area around my college at night is very quiet and there is a not much travelling of people at the college area. There is no such hangout place near my college. The student have to go further form college to visit any cafeteria and malls
