Course Curriculum Overview

3

The base of management for higher studies. None, there is nothing we can use it in real world experience, only the internship program, NGO program and research paper. The choice of subjects and better teachers who are engaing and intresting in different teaching ways. 2.5 hours to 3 hours are enough.

Internships Opportunities

2

The times of India, Vmart, Indian post bank, a few more, all were of sales with no stipend. projects were mostly of calling and target based. didnt provide stipend, and were also far away from the hometown of students.

Placement Experience

2

A student become eligible for placements when their final year begins. Prdesk, Zepto, Jaro, Wipro, Finokart, and a few more, not able to recall all the names, total offers i guess 20 to 25 till now (its our 6th sem going on) Highest was 4.8 LPA Jaro Education, Average was 3.5 LPA in most of the companies, Profiles offered most were sales one or two were of Analyst and HR no finance no marketing roles.

Fees and Financial Aid

64300/- INR is the yearly fees we are paying. Tution fees - 35000/- Transport fees - 24000/- (distance 80 km) Examination fees - 5000/- Insurance - 300/- Uniform and stationary - 5500/- (All are yearly fees). Tution fees - 35000/- Transport fees - 11000/- (common for most of the places depends on the distance from college). Merit Based 50% of Tution wavier for toppers.

Campus Life

4

Invertia annual fest, Tedx 3 seaons the college themselves decide who will get the tickets for Ted talk which is frustating, can't recall any tech fest, not monthly none. Easily Accesible, librarians are a bit rude. Facilities are good, Digital classes with air conditioning and good desks. There are very less sports and mostly focuses on boys only. The clubs are very exhausting for a student, like give so many tasks sometimes the student has to stay for whole day maybe till 8 to 9 PM, My friend was one of them.

Admission

I choose this college because it was closer to the city i live and expected to be a top tier college, but it didnt go well as i expected. I applied to DU and LU, cleared their entrace exam but the result was too late so my parents told leave it be and move on, then i chose this college over others. No, i didnt got any rejection from other colleges. This is a private college, there is no entrance exam only 60% is required for 12th students for UG programs, and for PG their are scholarship exams, no entrace exam is required.

Faculty

4

Management Department Faculty is less as compared to the classes and students. They are approchable and provide good mentorship when required. Dr. Manmohan bansal, His way of teaching is top notch and very approchable, always there to help and provide us good insights. Dr. Mohnish Kumar, His way of explaning and understaning is good, supports every students. Dr. Dheeraj Gandhi, A good mentor but not a fan of his language and way of talking inside a classroom is quite rude and negative sometimes. Mrs. Shaheen Efrah Ali, way of taching is not good and engaging. Every semestr there are 5 exams. The difficulty level is moderate to high, they are easy to pass of the student has studied well. A very few students fail the exam. The curriculam is quite boring not much intresting ony theories are there, students are not able to engage properly

Night Life

3

I dont know about the gym, but library till 5 PM and cafeteria till 8 PM. Campus timings are 9 AM to 5 PM. Hostel are 6 PM. Cafeteria, Invertea stalls, Dont know about the safety never been a hostler but campus is safe.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.Com course curriculum in my college is quite relevant and well structured. It covers core commerce subjects like accounting, business studies, and economics, which helped me choose this course. The syllabus mainly focuses on building strong theoretical fundamentals, which is useful for students planning higher studies such as M.Com, MBA, or professional courses like CA. The curriculum prepares students reasonably well for academic purposes, but there is still scope for improvement in terms of real-world exposure. More practical learning, case studies, presentations, and industry interaction would make the course more skill-oriented and career-focused. The college follows the semester system with internal and external examinations conducted regularly. The exams are of moderate difficulty level. Students who attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and study consistently can pass and score good marks.
