Dislikes
- Attendance problem - you need to attend the semester about 75% attendance otherwise 20 marks of internals will definately will be deducted
- There are very less events or programmes organised in our college . Almost 2-3 fest in a year
- Extra practical fee- if anybody is absent during the practical exam they have to pay extra 700/- for the reexam . Which is a higher price you need to pay for the mistake of being absent !
Course Curriculum Overview
For me personally, I opted this stream just because I have a bit more intrest over management. Therefore BBA in HR has a higher focus over subjects like- business management study and business statistics. Truely speaking if you want an business mind and a proper strategy to overdo your business you need to pursue business management.. it really helps us for the real world experience in future. Teachers provide us with several class tests which helps us to practice what we have learnt.
Placement Experience
From semester 5 the Students are eligible for the campus placements. There are several great visit of companies like KENT, CROMA , TRIBE an many more. Highest package of my college is 25lakhs pa And the average package is 7-8 lakhs per annum. Around 81% of students get the placement from our college which is a slight high rate that's the plus point. My plan after getting the BBA degree is MBA from a top notch College Which will help me to provide a great knowledge and experience for the job therefore it's important to persue your MBA from a well known college because the degree is accepted and seen by the interviewer during the job application.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of my first semester of my course that is BBA Hr was around 29000 . This is the fees of 1st sem only now in the second semester we need to pay 32000 something. Also there are registration fee, enrollment fee, lab fee and exam fee which is excluded from the semester fee!( Enr fee - 300, lab fee- 20, exam fee- 1900 ) There are several scholarships but right now I am unaware of them!
Campus Life
There are usually lesser fests but some of them are- MERAKI FEST, SOCIAL ANNUAL GATHERING , ANNUAL SPORTS etc. These are basically the main fest of our college which are available for participation and entertainment. Meraki fest is usually in March , annual gathering is in december and annual sports is in January. Each and every journal or book is available in or library each syllabus book is available each of the topics are available for the students. A projector screen is definately available for the students to understand and learn the syllabus with a digramatic presentation. There is no as such sports or extracurricular activities in our college . Mainly NCC Student get the benifits of the extracurricular activities. There are several clubs in out college- woment cell hub, NCC, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, IT etc.
Admission
As I was a CUET aspirant I almost applied for several Colleges like DAVV INDORE, DELHI UNIVERSITY, LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY etc. Also I scored a great percentile due to which I was qualified in DAVV INDORE and also a call from WOXSEN UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD but I couldn't catch any of the university because of my personal family issues. So I tool admission in ST ALOYSIUS COLLEGE JABALPUR as it was my local college and a really high rated college with A+ academics. Yea actually I got rejected from DU due to really high competition as well as I was from a general category the biggest drawback for the marks. Therefore I couldn't make up to DU. The eligibility to apply for st Aloysius College jabalpur is really easy First of all it is important to pass your class 12th exam with a minimum score of 60% There is no as such exam for my college if you have scored above 60% in 12th . Overall admision is really easy all you need is an active mind that's it.
Faculty
As I have said before the faculties in my college are absolutely supportive and helpful towards the students . They provide a confort to the students for asking about doubts and problems in the lectures They also asks for the feedback of the students after the lecture is over. Which makes the conversation very clear . Honestly speaking as a students of BBA hr the best teacher I have got was my class teacger i.e SEETIKA PATEL ma'am.. she's absolutely supportive and encouraging for us who has always helped us in studies as well as in the life decisions. I don't have as such faculty whome I hate every teacher is an amazing inspiration for me they have provided the best study materials to us and helped us when we needed. Now talking about exams- in a semester we have 3 main exams in 6 months that are- CCE exams, practical exams( for AI, IT students) and final exams. These are exams are likely to be difficult if you haven't studied and they are likely to be easy if studied well. There is a small rate of failures in the exam most of the students usually qualify these exams with a great score. There are no such exams that are curriculum. They all are written, oral exams!
Night Life
Favorite hangout sport is the verandah of the campus which has open cloud sitting arrangement with benches and lights. Gym is at the last corner of the college usually available for the interested candidates. Canteen is available at the left corner of entrance gate of the college. Library is available in the left corner of the classe entrance. Idk about hostels timing or anything as I am a local student. The locality is absolutely safe to roam around night because the college is in the center of the city which is usually very rush area during day and night. Therefore there is no as such risk in the rush areas .
