Life of BDS in jnims never offer a day to regret my decision.

Oral health is one of the most attention drawn issue in human life. The clinical posting which they set for us starting from third year is so exciting and thrilling because we are going to treat the real patient. This have a big influence on me to choose this couse. Studying BDS is quite expensive i should say... Because we need to buy many instruments and equipments. So I'll suggest the areas for improvement in this course is to provide or issue few possible intruments or equipements which will be a great help for all the students.

After the course ie after the 4rd year which is the final year we will have 1 year of internship with a stipend of only 15000 per month. In this year we can do practise along with proper preparation for further studies. This 1 year of internship give us self confidence and better work experience. It also help us in communicating with the patients and teach us the proper ralationship with our patients.

I did the first admission with 45700 for complete course. For the following year i die with only 27200 as our anual fee which reduse to almost half of the previous amount. In the above said fee it covers for all the other necessary fees which includes tuition fee, library fee, laboratory fee, games fee, cultural fee, magazine fee, university enrollment fee, annual meet, union fee etc. All categories paid the same amount as we ST do. It provides us the scholarship which is under NSP for ST of 33000 in the first year but it keeps on decreasing as we go in higher classes.

The campus environment is so good. Apart from studies and lectures we got many events for enhancing ones socialskill and aspect. Say for eg we have college week which is one of the biggest event in our college. Here we compete in sports, games and literature too. This college also give us the opportunity to interact with the outer world though Rural posting. It allow us to have our own community association where we come together as one and help out one another.

Hostel facilities is so good here we have well infrastructure room shared by 2 person attached with locker, chair , table fan good electricity for each person. Since its quite big we have elevator too. Each washroom and toilet is well fited with geyser, taps, flush, basin mirror etc. We have a big terrace and well maintained kitchen and dining hall.we have our own cook, helpers and security. Meal quality is quite fine, fee is affordable and environment is good.

I choose this college because its in my state itself. It feels nore save and secure for girls to be in their own home place. The language medium and the living culture is the biggest parameter for choosing this college over others. For the admission process... We attend counselling after giving neet exam. Only if we get selection we can go for admission though its very hard to get through neet for this because the competition is so high and this course offer only 50 seat in a year again which few seats will be preserved for AIQ.

We have quite alot of faculty but since the number of students is huge... Sometimes its abit congested but apart of that its so good and all the faculties is quite approachable. The best faculty so far for me is the oral pathology dept because all the teacher of this department is so good and fun. So approachable and teach us very well. We use to have a lot of exams like PCT ie part completion test, internal assesment and many viva based test. The performance of all these will later come under internal assesment mark in our final exam ie university exam which is very very difficult.

We have cafeterias, library and playground where we can do any reasonable and necessary thing apart from lecture halls. Hostel and campus timing is different for boys and girls. For girls the gate opens by 5am till 8pm. Infact our college is quite a nice place to chill like going for a walk, exercise etc. Lots of patients rush during daytime but at night it is so calm and in every corner we have security so campus itself is aquite a good place to hangout.
