Course Curriculum Overview

4

Our course is based on CBME curriculum which is a good curriculum in India for medical education . Competency based medical education is one of the good method of teaching which mostly concentrates on practical education than virtual education .

Internships Opportunities

5

We will get internship in a village bagalur which around 20kms from our college . Still there is no interns in our college as our college has started in 2021 only 4 batches are there in our college. So we don't know know about the internship and the stipend provided for that .

Fees and Financial Aid

I took this college from tamilnadu mbbs counselling and I got govt quota in pvt college under bc category. There will be the counselling fees of ?30000 to choose pvt colleges which will be refunded once we get a seat in one of the college. I got seat in this college under govt quota for the fees of 8.2lakhs per yr . In which firstly 4.5L should be payed online to download provisional allotment order which is the tution fees and paid remaining 3.7L in college as hostel and amenities fees. I got admission in 2023 . And from NXT yr the fees of 8.2L had to be paid directly in the college . List of quota based fees : Gvt quota : 8.2L MQ : 17.5L NRI and NRI lapsed : 24.5L College administratives wil help for scholarship such as 1st graduation , sc and st . As my dad in ex-army , I got a scholarship of ?30000 per yr from central govt approved by management .

Campus Life

3

Mostly the college festivals will be on the month of April . In library we can get alternative author books for our subject . Ppt mode of teaching is followed in the college . The sports and extracurricular activities are not well versed.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel rooms are good and there will be frequent housekeeping . Rooms with individual restroom . Compulsory hostel is the rule of the college . Breakfast is always good and diner is mostly bad . Wednesday and Sunday is provided with nonveg !

Admission

I applied this college based on its fees structure . As my neet score is low I applied colleges based on the fees structure and I got this. And this college got a consistency in patient flow as compared to the other colleges I got except the top colleges which I'm not eligible for my marks. I got the neet score of 520 in neet 2023 .

Faculty

4

The faculties are very kind to the students and they are approachable anytime during the college hours. The HOD of anatomy department I like the most , she will teach us even In lunch hours if we asked her for help. The are weekly exams named periodic assessment test(PAT) and internal assessment for every 3months .

Night Life

4

There is no well developed gym . A room with a bench , dumbells and barbell is our gym . We got cafeteria in our hospital which is good . 9pm is hostel timings until then we roam inside our campus and there is outing to hangout .

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being a doctor, I can help people a lot. There is a lot to study and knowing the human body, to cure disease, and much more is a great experience. The curriculum prepares me to do great in my future endeavors. The thing I think they lack is a bit more clinical exposure for all students separately. Teaching methods are all good. They conduct exams after each important section, they teach. Around 6-7, internal exams are kept.
