GLCE: AN EYE OPENER TOWARDS THE SOCIETY

Through this coyurse we gets to look into the world in a new perspective that we start to judge people purely on their actions!! All those prejudice and prejudgement will be completely lost, that we starts to understand people only through what they have said or what they have done..The exams are conducted for every semester and we have in total 10 semesters and a grand total of 60 subjects!

we have to do internship every semester for a period of 14 days... This gives a massive advantage that every internship gives us new lessons and experiences as well as it gives a huge boost in the CV of every students.. we have to create a internship record and every batch has got a facuty in charge regarding internships!

Since it is a government college the fees are pretty low compare to what we have to pay in private colleges or even in national universities. The total fess for the ehole five years is around 15 thousand and if there is scholarships available the fees will only be a small amount! During the admission time the Student has to pay around 5000 but if you are from SC or ST we only have to pay about 2700.

The college is colourful in terms of events that this college gives a huge boost in improving our social life. The college helps a person to comeout of all types of his social fears , the college have always focused on breaking all the illogical social stigmas!! All these has always been restricted by the lack of space as the the colloge is very small insize copared to all the other colleges in Kerala. The Sports sector of the college is slowly developing as well as the art culture!! especially the drama culture of the college had a significant growth thrpough the previous years as GLCE has emerged as a TOP BABYFACE in many university aswell as state and national level competitions.

The college has a rich history as well as a grand alumnni!! The college has been referred in a lot of movies and documentaries comnpared to all the other colleges in Kerala. Government Law College Ernakulam, is one of the of the most important college in terms of its history in Kerala Politics...The cCollege was succesfull inthe formation of many great and emminent personalities

the faculty memebers are great that they are doing there job neatly.. The faculty to student ratio is about 30-1.. There about 12 permanent faculties and 8 temporary faculties .. Sometimes there will be conflicts between faculties and Students because of some faculties who keeps on grudge towards some students(this was seen mainly in few temporary faculties) Overall the faculties in GLCE are good!

the nightlife of the college is good that many if the events in the college are conducted in the night!!!the college has got a few hangout spots adn afterclass the college is normally crowded in respect to its comparitively small size...
