Personal experience in SGC

Overall the course curriculum and teachers are very good. I love to join every single class and completely lost in the sea of knowledge provided by teachers during lectures. The cathlab is also well equiped with the relevant instruments

Hospitals like sohana hospital, shelby hospital, my hospital provide us with the internship programmes. In addition students can also take NOC and go to the desired hospital they want The group projects also help us a lot in learning new abilities and skills

After completing the graduation in the particular course our college provide us with large number of placement opportunities all across the major healthcare settings in chandigarh. After passing an interview the minimum package you get is around 4 lakh per annum. The percentage of students who get placed is around 60 percent. After completing my degree i m planning for higher studies in invasive cardiac procedures

The academic fee for the course is 60000 per year and hostel fee is 50000 per year. Since i belong to general category i was not given any type of scholarship. Many of my classmates who belong to other categories are provided with scholarship and concession in fee

Our college organizes a large number of events including festivals DJ nights star meetup flashmobs etc once in a week There are around 4 libraries in the campus equiped with all the necessary books Classrooms are highly mordern Sports and other activities are also given emphasis

In hostel room three students are accommodated and rooms are large enough Meals are average but you can eat as much you want While registration you have to fill a form with all the necessary details and consent from parents Also students can hire PG or room nearby in kharar or gharuan

Many of the seniors here are my relatives and after a chat with them regarding their personal experience i choose this college. Also the fee structure is quite impressive and the faculty members are amazing. Infrastructure is also good

Our institution is highly equiped with experienced faculty members for each department. The faculty members are amazing and friendly in nature. Hena Talat and Arti Groover are best faculty members and help students in every situation. In every semester there are 3 mid sem tests and one final exam. These exams are not that difficult as the teachers provide us with all the important study material

Highly equiped mordern gym and a large number of branded canteens are avaliable Hostel life is quite interesting A large number of parks, play grounds are also available where students hangout often The gate closes at 9:30 pm and opens at 5:00am
