Course Curriculum Overview
I choose BSc. Hons Agriculture and SGGRU is only private college which is ICAR accredited. College schedule for academic session is good and on time. Exams timings is according to academic calendar. Faculties are also good and supportive.
Internships Opportunities
According to seniors and teachers you can get many chances for internship. And college also gives classes for personality development and other thing to the students to get easily placement opportunities.
Placement Experience
I joined my college placement group 3-4 months ago and I can say placement is good than other colleges. Also seniors said placement record is good for all branches but agriculture placement is not that good
Fees and Financial Aid
College fee for per year is around 72000 which is equal to less than one semester fee of some other college. And student can also get scholarship if they have more than 80 percent in 12th. And also some other scholarship for students.
Campus Life
Campus life of SGRRU is good but not best. You can get or see everything which required for any students. And faculty member also supports students to participate in cultural fest sports and everything extra curricular activities which held in college campus.
Admission
I choose SGRRU Dehradun rather than other colleges because it is only private college in Uttarakhand which accredited by ICAR. I also choose some other colleges but fee is too high in other colleges with less facilities and this college fee is less and have more practices.
Faculty
Faculty members are good and supportive and they support students and they are friendly. But one big problem is college do not have Faculty for some subjects and one faculty teach more than 1 subjects which is not good.
Interview Experience
Test is not required for admission. Admission in this college is based on 12th marks. If you hav3 more than 80 percent than you can get scholarship from college fee in first semester. Test is not required for admission in SGGRU.
Night Life
Nightlife around the college campus is good and also many PGs are their for students. And environment is safe for girl and also separate PGs for girl students are available. College also has separate hostels for boys and girls.
