Remarks
Management is degrading its value by time. Placements cell do not put enough efforts. Faculties need to be changed (at least some). Improved hostel facilities and infrastructure is much needed thing. A proper sports ground is also much required.
Course Curriculum Overview
One of the best college for Plastic Engineering in Uttar Pradesh. It is supported by Central Government only on name and branding. Required funds are collected by students fees but this case is only for B.Tech and above degrees. The diploma courses are funded by government.
Placement Experience
Placements are fine, some reputed companies do come like Toshiba Machines, Lohia Corp, Reliance Industries do visit but recruit a max of 2-3 candidates. The placement cell do not make enough efforts to call maximum companies and convert placements in maximum.
College Events
Freshers Party - As in every College Freshers are welcome in college by throwing a party by 2nd year students every year. The name of Freshers Party is NAVAAGMAN Sports Fest - CAPOEIRA is celebrated as sports Fest every year in college although there are no infrastructure for outdoor sports. Techno-Cultural Fest - ANANT is celebrated every year as Techno-Cultural Fest of college which is only a good event in college. The event is managed totally by 3rd year students and again the college management supports the least.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is the best thing in this institute. For btech students around 70k is annual total fees. Every year a scholarship is given to every eligible candidate by UP government. So, the fees is no issue for this college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is the best thing that happens every year here. Every eligible (almost everyone) gets scholarship from UP government of about 60k which is a good amount in respect to the total fees of the college. Loans are also easily available as total value is around 4lacs only.
Campus Life
Very poor facilities for extra curricular activities. Student has to manage every thing if they want to organise any good event in college, many a time students even have to spend money for such events. The college management makes no effort in organising any student related event in college. No ground for outdoor sports. Conclusively every thing students has to do to enjoy
Hostel Facilities
Very poor facilities in hostel, should say the worse thing in college is the hostel infrastructure and the it's facilities. The mess is worse and there is no such regular facilities of gym or any game zone or such you will have to manage that all on your own.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior junior relationship is a good factor here. The seniors are really helpful but a significant change has came now ( from 2018 batches), the juniors do not much interact with seniors and even have no respect that earlier has to be. Although seniors are very good they help in every possible ways to juniors.
Admission
I wrote UPSEE exam ( State entrance exam for admission in Engineering Colleges of Uttar Pradesh). I secured a rank around 20k and then went for counselling in which I got CIPET Lucknow as per my preference.
Faculty
Faculty as a set is not very good. Some teachers are exceptionally good rest are just passing their time there. You need to be self interested if you want to learn or do anything in college. The management of college has degraded its value by time.
