Official review: RANI PARVATI DEVI COLLEGE OF ARTS AND COMMERCE,BELGAUM

The college has various process of choosing subjects. Sociology,geography, political science and such. The only improvement and needed in the teaching methods is that the faculty should teach the concepts in both English and vernacular languages. The exam December every year, conducted of 80 marks as per SEP.

The fees I paid for my three year degree was around 13 000, the best thing about the college was that the college give the concession to the students who are already from rpd college itself. The college has many more concession for the students who have scored well in the previous 12th class, hence show the conession is around 3000 to 4000. There are various scholarships given by SKE society to SC ST students.

The most annual fact of the college is aahvan fest where all the college students being volunteers, this fest is for completely 2 days, here all the call a students invite school students to participate in various competitions making an successful event, it includes where is competitions like bodybuilding, running, advertise making, allocation speeches and as such. The college is famous for all the sports academy functions including football, cricket, volleyball, hockey . The students also run Red cross group where various social works are been done such as going to old age homes, donating blood.

I seems many years had the only choice of rpd college for bachelor of arts because this is the top most College in Belgaum for art section. Recently the college has taken the board of autonomous. The admission process of the college is simple, there is a process of filling admission form along with required documents and the cutoff for admission is around 85%.

The faculty here is all unit from the other colleges as the college has special procedure of mentoring classes. Lecturers are all friendly towards students. The best part of the faculty is that the teaching method is according to smart board.The only issue of the faculty is that in the end of all the syllabus, revision classes are not taken. There are 6 semesters in 3 years along with 6 sem exams.

The college has best facility of gym where all the equipments are kept from morning to evening. The college has the best library and it is biggest library in Belgaum. The library includes books of all the field including science, commerce and arts. The hostel has the timings of 8:30 to 6:30 in the evening. The hanging out placings in he college is learning point. Over all the college has best greenery campus.
