Internships Opportunities

5

There were many companies like tcs, infosys, capegemini, accenture, tava strive which have come to our college for providing placements and internships which includes many roles like develops, software engineer, software architect, ui ux designer etc There were projects which we can deside our own and gain knowledge on our own interested domain or we can take help with the company in project guidance.

Placement Experience

4

Now a days placements in all colleges have reduced a lot due to recession, like so our college also. Companies like tcs, cognizant, capegemini etc visited our campus recently and the number of students placed is not disclosed yet. They are giving training from third year and conducting tests to evaluate student's academics and knowledge. The percentage of students placed every year is almost 55% as per previous stats. Highest package offered is 60LPA in google 3 year back and the average package is around 4LPA. My plan is to prepare for gate exam to get job in PSUs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee per person who is studying btech is 95400. Its of two types, mohan babu university has two slots in eamcet while i was applying for this college mbutpu1 and mbutpu 2 Both has different fee structure mbutpu1 has 75k provided by government and we have to pay additional 20400 to college While mbutpu2 has 50k provided by government and we have to pay additional 45400 to college There is no chance of increasing this fee in future

Hostel Facilities

3

Every first and second year students should stay at college hostel and its mandatory unless if you submit proofs that you are a localite. There are two categories of hostels offered by college management. Those are named as Valmar A and Valmar B. The facilities provided in Valmar A are excellent as it is quite expensive (ranges from 1lakh to 1.6 lakh) whereas Valmar B category hostels are outside buildings maintained by college where facilities are less and its less expensive (80k to 90k) when compared with Valmar A. Food is same for all and its not good. It doesn't have taste or quality. Students from all geographical areas don't like the taste of food. Its not worth the price. Even if you join pg, it won't make any difference as college management is charging ?20k per year as lunch fee for day scholars and every non hostler has to pay it, additionally college management is charging ?15k per student from pg owners which is impacted on pg fees. Overall its not like other colleges.

Admission

when iam searching for a good college after my eamcet I heared a very good review about this college and all the seniors who have passed out of the college says its a veru good college. I was not rejected by any college i just got admitted here due to my eamcet rank There are 3 ways to join this college 1.By mbucet -which was conducted by college itself for their admissions they will give fee compensation based on your rank. 2.By eamcet -which we can apply after our eamcet exam. 3.By management seat- which we have to pay extra donation fee for joining

Faculty

4

Overall experience with faculty is good but not best. They are easily approachable. Some of the faculty members have good knowledge but rest of them were not up to the mark. Some of them only teach for exam purpose only. They only see grades of the students but not his depth of knowledge in the subjects. I have seen Faculty members like mr.salam sir, ms. Jalaja who have good knowledge in subject and encourage students. Some staff members like Mr. Arun kumar, mr.siva kumar and ms.swarnalatha they only play ppt presentations instead of teaching properly. We have 2 mid term exams and 1 semester regular examinations per each semester. Difficulty of the examinations are moderate. There will be one supplementary exam for each failed subject and if you still fail, then you have to re-register that subject by paying ?7,500 and again appear for classes, exams etc. There will be around 2-5% people who can't clear the exam And the couse curriculum is most relative to all colleges couses

Interview Experience

5

There are no group discussions or interview or any written tests for the admission but there are some project in which you have performance these activities like group discussion, interviews, tests for marks. We have to just be confident to pass all these exams.

Night Life

3

There is no gym in campus but there are gyms in some hostels. There is a central Library for college it is very beautiful based of infrastructure. The campus opens at 7:00 in the morning and it will be open till 8:00 evening. All the boys hostels will be closed after 9:00pm and the girls hostels will be closed after 7:00pm. college itself is a famous hangout place and outside the hostel there is a road which has baga temple which is very peaceful to walk at evening. There is no safe place for students to roam around at night there will be bouncers all around the area after 9.00 and they will take a action on you for roaming at night.
