Course Curriculum Overview

4

Darshan University, Rajkot, offers a well-structured, industry-relevant curriculum, especially in technology and management fields. It integrates modern trends like AI and cloud computing, ensuring practical exposure through projects and internships. While strong in technical areas, enhanced soft skill training could improve comprehensiveness.

Internships Opportunities

4

Right now I am doing internship I'm in my 6th sem and in last sem we have to do internship our college does not provide internship from college side i think college should provide internship for students who can not get internship on their own.

Placement Experience

2

Our college does provide placement but company is very few that come to placement and due to lots of students only few can get placement so almost more than half students have to find jobs out of the college placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of our college is affordable but travelling facility fees increased in last 2 years and after our batch next year batch fees increased too. Our course is affordable. All the other stream fees is different.

Campus Life

2

Darshan University offers vibrant campus life with active clubs like NSS, NCC, and Cultural Club, fostering creativity and social engagement. I don't like the fact that our college does not organise any events on big level every department held its own evets

Admission

I want to apply for btech engineering but due to some issues I fail in one subject and i have to give exams for second time due to that addmission proses is almost in every near colleges and I don't want to go to another city to study so I choose darshan university.

Faculty

3

Some of our faculty is very good and they behave well but some of them do not behave well with the students. our course is nice, but marking system is has some flaws I think. If students don't have 75% attendance then college give assignment and students can give exams that's all.

Night Life

3

Our college is on highway so nightlife is not nice. Our college built it's hostel just 2 years ago. And i didn't experience night life around my college so I don't know much but any hostel student can tell how the environment of college in night

Average placement for all branches is 10LPA and for CSE the average is around 15 LPA. Percentage of students placed was 80%. For MSc Mathematics, the average was thrid highest among all branches in 2022 which stood at 9.22 LPA. As I have a passion towards economics, I will look for similar jobs and services as it is also aligned towards mathematics.

Many companies visit our campus for internship opportunities such jpmc, Barclay, gap, etc. To get through this it is important to have a solid understanding of fundamental concepts and to have a nice project. The internship period is of 2 months and get in summer vacation period. You can get a research internship in the college itself under the professors, google, Microsoft, Amazon, l and t, TVs and many companies who visited every year for internships with a good amount of stipend and opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If your concept of 11th and 12th standards is good then you can pass the paper and the difficulty level is there as it is an institute of national importance but if focused properly on 11th and 12th then entrance is not hard to clear. And the teaching faculties are very good and the infrastructure is awesome and the teachers are friendly, mou is there with many govt organisations so an internship with cbi is also there

Course Curriculum Overview:

The student ratio is a bit higher as mostly the females prefer to do forensics sciences. The male ratio is lesser than the female one. In my class, the ratio of males to female is about two ratios eight. The exam is not as hard and it's on a basic level as compared to that of the Jai and its level but as the University has started itself from the beginning, the level is getting harder.
