DPSRU review

I am doing BMLT bach in medical laboratory technology, i choosed this cousre as it is a professional paramedical course. the college labs are not fully equied thats the only drawback. otherwise every other things like teaching , exams, experience is good. frequent wrokshops and seminars are occured in the campus.

internships are given for 4 to 6 moths in the 6th semester of the course in government hospitals like safdarjung. in internship we work in labs and get to experiance and learn. 10k to 15k of stipen is given per month.

students are eligible for campus placements in there last semester after internships. most of the placements are for pharmacy. for BMLT this year was the first graduated batch. the average package is of 30k.

Fee structure of GENRAL and OBC category for every bachelor course in DPSRU. 1st year total fee is 90000 , devided in semesters thus 1st sem fee is 56000 and 2nd sem is 34000. 2nd year total fee is 85000, 3rd sem fee is 51000 and 4th sem fee is 34000. 3rd year total fee is 85000, 5th sem fee is 51000 and 6th sem fee is 34000. yearly tuition fee is 60000, and examination fee is 8000 and the rest is of student welfare,facilities and services. Fee structure for SC and ST catogry 1st year total fee is 30000. 1st sem fee 26000 and 2nd sem fee is 4000. DPSRU does not provide its own scholarship, but we can avail govt and private scholarships through NSP or e govt sites.

the campus celebrates many festivals like holi, diwali, navratri, gurunanak jyanti and many more events . the classrooms have smart board and a backboard too, rooms are airconditioned. the library have books for every course. and we can issue 2 books for 1 month each. there are many clubs and societies in the campus like drama,dance, sports, singing,music,painting,photography. students also join rotaract and umeed NGO and teach unprivalege children.

I chose this college as its a well known govt college ,its NIRF ranking is 25 and its is NAAC accrediated. i had given CUET and NEET 2024 exams, i could not get colleges through neet and delhi university does not have any paramedical or proffesional course thus i choose DPSRU. its addmission prodecure was through 12th percentage merit base.

there are 60 students in a class and every subject have its own faculty. the students and faculty realations are very good and the professors are very much approachable. they clear our doubts very well. In each sem there are 3 exams . 1st and 2nd sessional exams wich are of 20 marks each and then th last final end sem exam which is of 80 marks. the exams are averge level not that easy nor difficult. and 50% marks are mandotary for passing the semester.

the nightlife around the campus is safe there is a market near the college. hostel have its own gym for students.hostels timings are 8pm for girls and 9pm for boys. famous hangout place near the campus is select city mall, qutub minar, garden of 5 sense and saket.
