Course Curriculum Overview

3

The couces and vurriculam is pretty much relevwnt hut are very much outdated and the whole thing is concerntrated on conpleting the syllabus and conducting the exams with bookish knowledege . The practicals in the labs are some times taken seriously and other times they are jusy for the name sake ans there is practical education . There are some good amount of project works and group activities evey year that would help the student aboit to couap with the team work and work on his intrests and gain some practical knowledge.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are offered in a good way eveyone e ho doesn't have sny backlogs can get placed at a minimum averegae ctc of 4 lpa if he is from CSC, ECE, EEE, Mech . After getting a placement the department will concerntrate more ok those who haven't received any offer and prefer them for the remaining companies and exckudes all the candidates who secured offers, this can help everyone secure a placement either a good or a bad one.

Fees and Financial Aid

1.Tuition fee for an year was around rupees 1,20,000. 2. there is a single varient of hostel which costs rulees 85000 per year. 3. There are semister registrations that are needed to be done which may costs upto 4000 a year 4. There are scholarships provided by the government of andhra pradesh if the student have secured the secured the admission throught eamcet abd does belong to below poverty line, the maximum scholarship would be around 65-70 percentage of the tuition fee, hostel fee will not be covered. 4. Tuition fee for those who secured the admisison through eancet will be around 65000 after the scholarship for all the categories who belaow belong to below poverty line. 5. Scholarships/ grants woill not be given to those who doesn't comes under below poverty line and whose parents are working in the government sector jobs.

Campus Life

2

Campus life was a bad experiance for me since ther are outdated rules and equpment which okey to serve but can be much better compared to other collages.the rules are slo strict and sone tim e we gets punished for moving ij groups in the corridor.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel facility is given till second year only since there are lesser rooms available, ther is only option of a non A/C 3- sharing room available for everyone which costs around 85000 per year. We will get wifi and pure vegetarian food in the hostel .

Admission

There is very good name in the market for their faculty and placementa, they have a good track records for the placements as well compared to other collage in the city. This would be one of the best collages in the Andhra pradesh and may be ranked in top10 collages in the state. The eligibility depends on the category we belong to and the eamcet rank ramges from 800<= and <= 80000 based on the cource selected and the category the student belongs to

Faculty

4

There are three levels of faculty they are juniors with an M. Tech degree , Associate professors with phds and good experience, professors with great research experiances . But , the problem here is the quantity of the associates and senior professors is lsser to the ratio of the students. There are blocks divided upon departments but we will go to all the departments every hear due to the diversity in the syllabus. There are 8 semester with 2 semestes every year and each semester consists of 2 mid exams hich are internal and are conducted for a score of 30 , final semester exam after the end of every semester . The internal mid exam marks and assignment marked are added to 30 and 70 markes are taken from the semester exam which together totatls to 100 marks as the final mark of an individualnin eqch courcw. The pass cutoff was areound 36 .

Night Life

2

There is nothing aroeund the campus and students are not allowed to go out if they staying in hostels after 9 pm . The rules are even worse for those staying in girls hostels where they are not allowed to go out after 6pm. There is no stalls / shops in and around the collage, the students should walk atleast 2 km for food stalls and groceries.

Other Applied Colleges

GITAM | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Communication Engineering)

The reason being that this college is having good reputation in the market and have been providing good placements to their , have a good track record for that

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.
