Remarks

College infrastructure is good,lab facility's gold,they is only one event conducting by our college yearly once,hostel food is worst, transportation cost is high,they collecting seperate cost for placement

Petrochemical engineering is one of the different course,it is available only in 5 colleges in tamilnadu.rvs college of engineering and technology providing this course in a good manner.they conducting 3 internal exams per semester.

Last year in our College,so many colleges came to our college for conducting campus interview.only 20stduents placed in various companies out 200students,campus interview in our college is worst in manner

College Events

Only one big event conducting by our college,4 years once they conducting rejoice.it's a festival of all RVS institute will join and yearly once they conducting sports day and annual day with low cost.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is little bit expensive when compared to other colleges and collecting seperate fees for Anna University semester exams,and 100rs for laboratory exams.100rs for clearing no due in library.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly 8000rs scholarship for students providing by our college,for students staying outside the college i.e not staying in college hostel,they also can get a scholarship amount of 6000rs,loan facility's are available in our college.

Campus Life

In our college ,one big football ground present,and 2 basketball ball ground,gym is available.all of them are free of cost. 20labs are available in our college for seperate department,like organic chemistry lab with highly equipped equipment

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure and hostel food is worst,that's is why I left the college hostel and staying outside of the college.hostel rate is high,they providing mostly same foods daily,nonveg food is very worst

Senior students help us to study better.they gave a short notes.yearly once our college conducting the alumini meet,lots of students from joins with us and motivating us by telling their current situation.

Admission

I applied for Anna University counseling.onky few seats are available in RVS engineering college for petrochemical dept.i got a seat in that.then I paid the fees and got the admission.they instructed me.

In our petrochemical department,only 6 faculty are available.2 of them are phd holder,remaining are not phd holder.staff are less amount only 6 staffs can't control 120 students (2nd ,3rd,4th year),so staff requirements is needed

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very passionate about entering the medical field quite early in my life, so I knew what I had to do when I was in school. Medical field is a very challenging area to choose and the work life balance is not as good as other professions. However, it is very engaging and interesting for people who are actually interested in the subject. However, one cannot practice medicine after finishing MBBS because of the increasing competition, so he has to do PG course in order to be more approachable for the patients as well as to serve better in the specific field. The course curriculum is start in a well planned manner and the portions are completed ahead of time so that students have around 1 to 1.5 months of study break before the university exams every year. So, along with the exams that take place throughout the year, students will also have ample time to prepare for their exams in their own way preferred.

Remarks:

There's no proper infrastructure and there's a long walk on elevated road for day scholars which is very tough. The college does not allow vehicles. The only positive thing about the college is the alumini network.

Remarks:

College management is very good. few students moments like recent protest (Ambedkar-Periyar study circle) disturbing the students attention. Ministry should allow the management to take decisions for their progress.
