OUR COLLEGE

The course is of 3 years and i choose commerce because i belong to commerce background from my 11th and 12 th so it will be helpful for me for this knowing accounts is the main thing and exam will be for 2 hours internal marks will be added which may include assignment, ppt, and written exams it will be easy if we ate prepared

The placements in the college are going good as of now and from semester 5 students are eligible for campus placements. Most of the companies visit our campus like tcs, accenture, Sutherland, genpact and 20 students as been selected in tcs and 40 are selected in Sutherland and they also got offer letter in hand highest package is 700000 and average package is 270000 . 50% of students got placed as of now in a year. I have been planning to pursue higher studies after getting degree.

Fee structure in my college is affordable for middle class families and fees has decreasing every year by 200-500 . The fees has been charged according to the batch we belong too and merit Scholarship are available and also the fees can be paid in two or three terms in a year

College infrastructure is beautiful as it is an 70 year old college and there will be many events conducted in the auditorium as commerce fest, science fest and annual day sports day. College provides books in library as group wise we can take them by registering our name and also while returning it there will be a library card given by which we can take books in the library and we have to return it after using this is very helpful to middle class families who cannot buy books. The facilities in classroom are good as sometimes they explain in a projector which will be understandable easily and also AV room is available. Sports and extracurricular activities are encouraged more in the college they conduct competition very frequently as it is helpful to our physical strength and college also offers ncc and nss cadets there will be sports club organization who look after the everything in the college and also they conducting sports is helpful for students to be energetic and mainly for women's to protect themselves .

I choose this college because it's an 70 years old college and specially for women's so that they can be independent and i have apllied for stanley college i also got admission there but i can't join that college as travelling facilities are not available properly and i choose this clg as travelling is way easier compare to that and i got rejected in some colleges as i applied late and seats are filled in that course i wanted to join. To join in our college firstly we have fill a application form and submit it in the admission block later we get a list of students got admission and after that we have submit our TC and some documents in the department along with paying some amount of fees . Eligibility to join is 70% . There will be 2 semesters for 1 year along with the internals and practicals.

There are 7 faculties in our department the 7 will be divided for 4 classes and they always ready to come class and teach. There will be 2 semesters for every year and bcom is of 3 years and total semesters are 6 . The passing percentage depends on individual intrests. Mostly the percentage is 90.

Mostly Hostellers can enjoy the night life of the college than the day scholars and night life in the college is exciting thing for many. Most of them want to experience this and cafeteria in the college is good and library is a peaceful place to refresh our mind campus timings are 9 to 5 and hostel timings are till 6 and college is full of greenery everwhere as we can enjoy more by seeing it and locality is safe to roam as it fully crowed area
