A day in Sree Chaitanya College

Course-curriculum gives us brief idea that how a particular topic is going to be used in real time projects. Practical knowledge should be given more as btech is a professional course. Teaching should be done by based on real time situations students will have to face in their future after completion of course.

Internship was provided to our branch students in summer vacation in government projects by our HOD. Certificates were also given for students who did internship. Stipend was not given for this interview. Internship chances differ from branch to branch.

From 7 th semester students become eligible for campus placements. companies will visit and recruit students. Students getting placed percentage differs from branch to branch. Companies will conduct assessments and qualified students will participate in hr round. My plan is to prepare for government job.

The year-wise fees in btech colleges differ according to our chosen branches. For civil engineering per year fee is ?55,000. Students who qualified EAMCET exam will be provided reimbursement fee by government .

Every year technical festivals will be conducted for 3 days for 1st to 4th year students. Mainly held in December. Library contains many books and from various authors. Computer labs are provided for students in lab periods. Sports are conducted once in a year. Freshers and Farewells are conducted. Workshops are conducted.

I also applied for Jyothismathi Engineering college and Vageshwari Engineering college. I have my school seniors who are studying in Sree Chaitanya College. I have heard from them that this college is best for civil engineering .so i proceeded with Sree Chaitanya College Of Engineering. After qualifying eamcet, we get a chance to put a list of our choice colleges .then according to our rank and college cut off rank for the particular branch we have chosen we get the college admission.

Very good faculty is provided. It may be differ according from branch to branch. I like my HOD sir most because of his excellent expertise in subject knowledge and he know very well how to teach students in an understable manner. In one sem 2 times mid exams are conducted which will be of medium level toughness. Labs internal and externals are conducted before sem exams.

Library is present in college premises. Canteen is also present in the institute. College starts from 10:00 A.m. Lunch time is 1:30 to 2:10. College ends at 4:40 pm. Private hostels are present around the college .Hangout spot nearby college is lower manair dam .
