The Placement & Training Cell handles all aspects of campus placements for the graduating students at Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College. The Placement & Training Cell is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support each and every stage of the placement processes. The Placement & Training staff members assist in arranging Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Group Discussions, and Interviews etc. Placement Procedure: Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College follows a very simple and transparent placement policy. Companies are invited through e-mail messages, phone calls and faxes. Companies interested in recruiting CREC students have to fill up the Job Announcement Form in which information related to job description, job profile, place of posting and remuneration etc. are to be clearly mentioned. The Placement Cell scrutinizes the job announcement forms of all companies and dates for campus visit are allotted to the companies accordingly. The dates are adjustable keeping in view the interest of both parties. The staff members help out the interested companies with the visit related assistance like: Lodging & boarding arrangements in the CREC Guest House Audio-visual facilities for pre-placement talks, Auditoriums/Halls for pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions and individual interviews The pre-placement talks are organized after 3.00 pm on working days and at any time on weekends. PPTs are followed by written tests, group discussions and interviews as per the policy of the company concerned. Working hours of the Placement Cell are very flexible. Facilities: The Placement and Training Cell is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support each and every stage of the placement processes in the campus. The pre-placement talks rooms, group discussion rooms are equipped with LCD projectors, PCs and audio-video facilities. The Placement and Training Cell has sufficient number of interview rooms. NATIONAL LINKAGES: CREC has co-operative arrangements with a number of Institutions and Universities. This arrangement includes student exchanges,faculty exchanges, certification programmes, curriculum development, collaborative research and dual degree programs. A part from providing an opportunity for an understanding of different cultures in a globalized economy, the programs help to improve the relationshipbetween India. The arrangements have been active successful and fruitful and we plan to increase such arrangements in the years to come CAREER COUNSELLING AND FACILITATION SERVICES: Career counseling and facilitation is one of the key areas of student support at CREC. The track regard in this area has been excellent and 80% placement for all those who seek assistance has been the norm.
