What Students Say

Likes

Fees structure is same for all and we can pay the fees in installment
The syllabus is not that much wast so we can learn easily
Exams conducted very strictly and very good infrastructure

Dislikes

Washrooms are not good it's too old and latches are torned
Placement cames but we didn't have preference over government students
Staff is too rude and does not support anything

We take decision to choose this course is just because it has very good scope and the course curriculum is really really good other than government curriculum I think our faculty should improve there teaching techniques because theoretical knowledge is not we really need right now the exam timing is good according to me it is very comfortable and it is not difficult at all

Placement Experience

From the seventh semister the placement starts and students are eligible for it , one of this winjit , paarsh infotech , and kanaka we attended but no offer is made , the min package offers by them is 2 and max is 5 and there is only 40% students get placed in collage my plan is after getting degree Is just relocate to other city to explore other opportunities

Fees and Financial Aid

We pay 1 lakh 10 thousand for per year for our course and the fees is same for all students there is no category criteria for fees and other than our course fees is more than ours and facilities and teaching and placements are not that much good according to fees

Campus Life

The festival help in every month actually there is free and good accessibility for all books and library , facilities and technological is good there is less sports and extra curriculum is provided and there are so many clubs and groups and portal that encourages our other skills

Admission

We didn't get any offer from any collage because of our score is less so we hard to get a government collage , because of that we have to take admission in this collage there is no reason other than this we didn't take admission by our choice it it just our sacrifice

Faculty

The relationship between staff and students is really average faculty is not very good to answer, we personally like Anand singh Rajawat sir because they are the one who really cares about students concern and help them very kindly , and other than him we didn't like anyone to take help from they are rude to talk and very barely understand our problems, there are 3 exams in one semister,very few students is fail in exams course is very relevant and helpful for us

Night Life

Hostel times are restricted there is no freedom to go outside of campus after collage time without permission, we have number of canteen and 2 cafes inside are collage that student frequently hang out

Honest review if you wanna opt for this college

Likes

The girls to boy ratios is good, we get to see all girls equal contributing in the college
The faculty is good, they are very helpful and give good guidance
The boys and girls common room is good to get together with friends to chill and study

Dislikes

Faculty being good they are sassy and might ignore for a time to teach you that not everything will be entertained
The principal is kinda rude and his speech is too long
Well other activities like sports isn't support properly

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students are eligible for placement Companies visited are tcs and few others i don't remember their names The average package is 5 lpa and the highest is 13 lpa Mostly 80-90% of students gets placement as they do a placement training for us amd prepares us for the placement exams and interviews and all My personal plan is to go abroad for higher studies but i am going to sit for placement if i get good package then i might not go to abroad for higher studies

PES College of Engineering: Overview of the college

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

Likes

I really liked the infrastructure of the college its very nice and has good environment .
DPCOE is famous for its sports , it has massive turf where kids of 4 to 5 age has their matches
Also i like my department , as i am an automobile engineering we need most practical knowledge , this college offers a big workshop just for us an also yearly event for automobile students . Also clubs are there which has reputation of national rank

Dislikes

I kind of felt that faculty can be biased sometimes also do not care what and how we want to study .
Watchman can be little rude sometimes , also informing that their are exam coming in next week are to be informed at leat 10 days before. I have a suggestion of preparing acadamic calender of year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Campus is huge and there is to much space for walk and greenari

Dislikes

Campus is huge but is mostly empty need of development.
Need of infrastructure and sports facility for students.
Need of contact no. Of emergency contact of the staff.

Placement Experience:

I talk with most of the senior and faculty and placement cell start of 3 rd year you will get internship opportunities and and in 4 th year you will get placement opportunity. But senior told me off campus placement preparation must be go on you will find good opportunity. Highest package is 12 lpa and average is 4 lpa is good for freshers.

Easy Money

Likes

Rhythm. It’s a cultural fest that this college hosts and it is the only time of the year where there’s a vast majority of events you could participate in.
TECHITHON. It’s a Tech fest that this college hosts and it has tech events which encourages students to grow and learn more as this aligns with our course.
Friends. The last and only good thing about this college I’d say are the friends I’ve made across the years.

Dislikes

Infrastructure. I’m not really a fan of the infrastructure that is being provided by this college.
Campus. The campus has many such areas that cannot be accessed by students and god knows for what reason.
Stupid Rules. One stupid rule i can think of is that students are not allowed to use their cell phones in the campus nor can the students use their headphones without being on their phones despite it being an Engineering college this makes no sense.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course currently is in high demand and this is the course which offers the highest percentage of placements. Computer Engineering is the fundamental course one could pursue if they want to get into technology. We currently have 2 Internal Exams in each semester which prepares us well for the semester.

my college is in rural division so i liked the nature and environment of the college most and the college is have rural position and college have bus facility so all the student from poor family are is admitted in this college
my college have bus facility for the students
college have good campus in rural area and the college is good

college have no placement for the students
college having some times electricity short
college have some students water issue for drinking

I like my college building,classes,labs.
Canteen is good.it provides good quality food.
Library is best. Very nice management and staff

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

Hello, The infrastructure of the college is top class.
Their are multiple events in the college every month.
The faculty of the college are also well experienced as well as very friendly.

Dislikes

There are no AC in all the class only some of the class have AC

Placement Experience:

The placement percentage in my college is nearly 70-80%. The minimum package offered is 2.5 LPA and the highest is nearly 33 LPA . The average package is 4-5 LPA. Many companies vists are college as our college is NAAC accredited which has a grade of A+.

A relational Day at a SANDIP UNIVERSITY

It was my decision from the beginning that after completing science in 12th, I would do B.Sc. Computer Science and AI.On this basis, I was searching the internet for where to find AI streams in the entire Nashik. This course was offered at only three locations in the entire Nashik city.The first college is Sandeep University, the second college is KK Wagh Engineering College and the third college is Matoshree College. Since I took admission in 2022, their criteria were definitely different. After giving the CET exam, I scored 85% and I started looking for colleges based on that. When I first went to college, the college refused to give me admission even though I scored 85% marks. On the contrary, they are prepared to take a donation of Rs 10 lakh and keep it on waiting list, which is a very wrong approach. The second college, Matoshree College, also demanded a donation of two lakh rupees, so I refused there too. And the last college, Sandeep University, is run completely on a max basis without any kind of donation method and admission is given there after understanding the situation of the students.Sure enough, when I went there, all the faculties verified my marks and suggested me the BSc Computer Science AIML course. And immediately started preparing for admission by explaining the admission process.First of all, the required documents were prepared, then the parents were accompanied and the entire rules of the college were explained. You are completely guided through the admission process. First, you are given a form in which you have to fill in your previous details. After that, all the original documents are collected and their xerox copies are delivered to you. It initially demands an admission fee of ten thousand rupees, which is much lower than other colleges and is also reasonable. I am pursuing my B.Tech second year in Sandip University Nashik.The Eligibility of this course is Intermediate education or 12th board certificate.I have found the application form in this university only.My application fee was 10,000 rupees and I have took admission August 2023.There is no reservation for me in this University. If you are from other state then you get direct admission with package no exam required.
