My college is very democratic type which I like the most
The college is very active and aware of extra curricular activities
And also all the workers are so kind and soft spoken

Dislikes

Some rules need to be strict like outsiders should not be aloud
Nepotisms are also there in some extence also
College boys are very much abusive also..

Course Curriculum Overview

According to my course as I have taken Chemistry subject I would say the chemistry lab need some renovation and many apparatus need to be change and proper water system should be also there which is not there...it should get cleaned everyday

Fees and Financial Aid

Ok so there is not any category wise fees dividing system... account to our semester we need to pay minimum 1K - 1.5 K . And if we have practicals exam so we need to pay extra for that as my college is a government college to no extra charges are taken except for exam fees only rest are the facilities are for free only and there is no lab fees and all .

Campus Life

The environment and surrounding of the college is very neat but there is no proper toilet specially for girls...the washroom are malfunctioned and no light it is very unhygienic and also no water supply system

Admission

Honestly, I wanted to get admission in this college only because as a science student in Port Blair Only JNRM college has science related courses so yeah I have to join and all the faculties are very talented

Faculty

Honestly, faculties are very helpful and they are always behind us to help in any situations...they are friendly nature too and also they listen to our problems and try to help us on that too....they are not our faculties but our friends

Night Life

At the outside of our college the famous Pani puri stalls where all the girls keep covered the Pani puri uncle ???? and a famous Chai Sutta Bar cafe is also there and it is also very good for students to get refreshed over there

PROBLEMS NEED TO IMPROVE IN COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my course practicals are held which is very interesting. - new chemical should be brought -need to improve the quality of teaching and I think in government colleges there should be a smart tv for teaching which is not available in my college except 123 department have projector. -internship facility are not available for all departments except some of the departments like BBA, geography and BCA have the internship and others departments have nothing -placements are not available

The College experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided to chose B sc as it would help me in future for job preference and preparation giving me a good advantage from others because of maths and science involved. The course i took can easily help me with government job or in medical field without any issues.The exams should be held in the interval of 6 to 7 months as it helps with students preparing for it but it is held between 4-5 months giving not enough time

My college life struggle

It is the course that I tried and got admitted to before any other so decided to study. 6:21 is a faculty-student ratio. All have cleared their masters among which one sir and the Hod of the department have done Ph.D. in the field of physics. After every 6 months it was not fixed the dates kept changing it was not that tough to pass if you were prepared.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I choose this course was that in class 12th I was good In physics I was able to score well in the subject and because of my physics teacher I had a personal connection to the subject Except for HOD and one senior sir, all other Faculties are guest lecturers they all are old students of the college. The student ratio is around 30 to 40 per year in numbers HOD is qualified with a PhD and the rest all other faculties are postgraduates Their teaching is quite interesting as they feel comfortable with them The semester exams occur regularly every 6 months and they are quite easy to pass as compared to cbse examination

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the college is affiliated with Pondicherry University, the course curriculum is decided & is according to the University. I chose B.Sc. Computer Science with Integrated B.Ed., as I was deeply interested in Computers & Tech also loved teaching people about it. Few Faculties are Very Good, Some just Alright, rest don't deserve to be teaching at a college. Qualifications are not a measurement of Quality 8-semester exams - with no marking based on the answer - it's based on pure luck & handwriting

The College experience

The fees was low and it had B.sc which no other colleges had in my area . I can travel through bus and reach within an hour or so. For admission i had to submit my name online and the councelling was done later on. Students are admitted based on marks and caste system and through Disability or so . The Eligibility for the course is , The student must be a indian or Nepali Must have the 12th marksheet and 10th marksheet Aadhaar card , student transfer certificate, Bank book.
