Remarks

My college is one of the best college of our islands. Among other colleges my college is considered as very strict college. The staff is also good and full of experience. I joined my college in the year 2018. I am full of nervous that whether I will get admission or not. I am very lucky that I got admission in this institution. It is affiliated by the pondicherry university.

In class 12th I am very good in physics and maths. I am always given the physics as my first preference and then the mathematics. Physics which I want to study is not there in my college so then I chosen my second preference that is mathematically. I like mathematics,I do lot of mathematics in class 12th . That's why I chosen this course

From the seventh semester students were eligible for campus selection. Those who got the percentage of above seventy they were eligible for getting placement. My plan after the degree is to crack the ctet exam

It's a government college. I am so glad that I got admission in this prestigious institution. The fees structure are affordable. Anyone can pay. So nice

There are total eight semester in each courses. Every year there are two semesters. First semester were conducted in November month kand second semester were conducted in April.

Interview Experience

No lam not face any group discussion or written test for admissions. It's purely based on merit . The students who got the good marks in class12th they are worthy of this college

PROBLEMS NEED TO IMPROVE IN COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my course practicals are held which is very interesting. - new chemical should be brought -need to improve the quality of teaching and I think in government colleges there should be a smart tv for teaching which is not available in my college except 123 department have projector. -internship facility are not available for all departments except some of the departments like BBA, geography and BCA have the internship and others departments have nothing -placements are not available

The College experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided to chose B sc as it would help me in future for job preference and preparation giving me a good advantage from others because of maths and science involved. The course i took can easily help me with government job or in medical field without any issues.The exams should be held in the interval of 6 to 7 months as it helps with students preparing for it but it is held between 4-5 months giving not enough time

My college life struggle

It is the course that I tried and got admitted to before any other so decided to study. 6:21 is a faculty-student ratio. All have cleared their masters among which one sir and the Hod of the department have done Ph.D. in the field of physics. After every 6 months it was not fixed the dates kept changing it was not that tough to pass if you were prepared.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I choose this course was that in class 12th I was good In physics I was able to score well in the subject and because of my physics teacher I had a personal connection to the subject Except for HOD and one senior sir, all other Faculties are guest lecturers they all are old students of the college. The student ratio is around 30 to 40 per year in numbers HOD is qualified with a PhD and the rest all other faculties are postgraduates Their teaching is quite interesting as they feel comfortable with them The semester exams occur regularly every 6 months and they are quite easy to pass as compared to cbse examination

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the college is affiliated with Pondicherry University, the course curriculum is decided & is according to the University. I chose B.Sc. Computer Science with Integrated B.Ed., as I was deeply interested in Computers & Tech also loved teaching people about it. Few Faculties are Very Good, Some just Alright, rest don't deserve to be teaching at a college. Qualifications are not a measurement of Quality 8-semester exams - with no marking based on the answer - it's based on pure luck & handwriting
