Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus and curriculum for the current juniors are been set by our college. As I am in my 3rd year and we are following Anna University syllabus. As per our juniors talk we heard that the syllabus is almost set after analysing the need and requirements of the MNCs and industries. So curriculum and extra courses are also been available in the syllabus
Fees and Financial Aid
So my fees is 100000 per year as iam a management quota student and for every semester I will have to pay my exam fees around 2500 and also have to pay lab fees around 250 and we have special course being conducted by InLustro where we study specific course and that is around 2500 and counseling students of first round pay around 30000 per year and second round student around 60000 per year and also our college bus fee is around 20000
Campus Life
Our college will not conduct many culturals events and all. Our department seniors are having a code club and are active in that by engaging us with the events. As of now I have attended 2 sports day and 2 cultural event and a silver jubilee year celebration and nothing beyond that. Infrastructure of our college is very simple and dumb
Admission
Our college is the top most colleges in Trichy Tamilnadu so I joined in here. And also we heard that this college is providing good placements and many top companies are there in to take us to the jobs we find easy and there are skilled professionals
Faculty
According to my department all my faculties are good and better in the way they teach and experiment things. I have total of 6 subjects and 4 labs as per this semester. We will have around 3 internal assessments before our semester , our first internal will have 1 and half units as syllabus and second internal will have 2 units and final internal will have 2 units. Marking schemes are basically not too strict but marks are given only based on the relevant answers to the questions. And we will have nearly 9 experiments for each lab subject. Before semester there will a model lab exam conducted and evaluated and there we can experiment more about the exercises. Our college has become autonomous now so I couldn't predict how the question paper is going to be.
Night Life
Our college is in panjapur which is in madurai Trichy highways and we find no places nearby to hangout. Boys hostel is inside the college campus and girls hostel is in alundhur near the college campus. Boys and girls are not allowed to hangout during weekends till their 2nd year completion. We have libraries inside the college campus and that will be open only during our class hours and canteen food is only vegetarian and there is no gyms inside and outside the campus
