Likes

The faculty was super nice so many apportunity available for students
All the instruments and laboratory materials were good to use
The infrastructure of the college is not modern it's an old college but the campus and sports ground makes up for it

Dislikes

Washroom condition at college poor hygiene
Other wise all things were good and uptodate
There was no e learning availability in the classroom

Course Curriculum Overview

The exams are not difficult if u would not study properly but if u stay focused then the exams are just like cup of tea .. the practical activity and internships prepare u for real world better I would suggest teachers to teach on e learnings as showing videos and working stations give wide view of the subject

Internships Opportunities

College offers internship at reknown hospitals such based on merits of students .. I was assigned at Bombay hospital at churchgate and it was one of the best experience I had . There were had to do everything a professional pharmacist should do dispensing arrangements etc

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 17k for my 1st year at pvp. Without scholarship but u can avail so many scholarships available by government . The fees decreases as the year passes . 2nd year fees was 15k and then u have to pay 10k for 3 month internship

Campus Life

The students councill arrange many of the events through out the year the main annual function is the most highlighted and most waited event of college (udaan) it's a very grand event happens at churchgate branch of Sndt . We have sports week . Garba night . Dj night and so on for students to enjoy

Admission

The eligibility for studying d pharm is 50% in 12th with science stream .u have to apply through dte system. I got admission at MET college of pharmacy bandra in 1st round but since the fees structure was so high i cancelled my admission there and opt for pvp Sndt

Faculty

Faculty is student friendly all the faculty members are very polite there are 2 end sem in 1 year and overall 4 semester exam to be eligible for sem u have to qualify the 2 unit test per semester and u should have enough 75+ attendence

Night Life

College timing is from 8:30 to 4:30 . U can visit cafeteria or library during your break .. we have a very big campus for sitting and doing other fun activities . Cafeteria offers all type of food chinese indian south indian which u can enjoy as per your liking

Placement Experience:

I am a diploma student. In our college yearly exam pattern for diploma students. Diploma is 2 years course. At the end of 2nd year students are eligible for campus placements. Some companies like PCD aur Standard company comes for students for their bright futures like Cipla, Hetero and etc . Depending upon interview of student and their mark students get selected for job. My plane after completing study is open a pharmacy shop .

Placement Experience:

College has placement but mostly they are statups but there is no such big company who take part in placment drive. The student should be in 2nd year of diploma and 4th year in phamarcy. The highest package is 400000 and avg is of 100000.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because as many people like to work for others but in this course you can do business and own a benefit. As compared to others. Teaching staff is definitely a major point in this college as this college provide better education as well as staff behaviour to students or students teacher interaction is also a A+ rating category All the faculty are qualified did Master in there field . For exam points of view in 1 years there is four sessional exam held in college in which the last exam will important exam as they will decided the real percent of the student. Without studying you can't even get 1 marks so you have to study hard to crack the exam.

An experience which built the career for many

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is 2 years course & the faculty is very friendly. As this college is near my house as I could reach college in 20-25 minutes and also heard about this college from many people like friends & relatives etc... There were three sectional exams in a year from which Best of 2 would be reviewed and the mean of these 2 exams would be sent to internal marks from the college. Exams were quite easy & difficult both as it depends on student to student.

From your 5th semester, you become eligible for placements Placements are rare in evening colleges. Chances for companies to visit the campus is very low. Still the average package offered is 3.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs. The placement process is easy and the experience is satisfactory.

I went through the normal admission process. At my time college was new we were second batch, but now the admission process is the same as all the other colleges, All the processes are governed as per the university rules and regulations, with no hidden paths, simple as that.
