Whether the curriculum focuses on all domains of learning, including social-emotional, physical, and cognitive. Whether the curriculum's objectives are relevant to the needs of the students and society, and whether they can be achieved. Whether the methods used to achieve the curriculum's objectives are the best alternatives. Whether there are adequate resources for implementing the curriculum.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm the BA 1st yr student of Maharaja's College of University of Mysore. The BA fees is for CPS combinition ( I don't know about other's) is 11000 somthing for Karnataka resident students. For other states students it's 20000 extra payable. ( 10000 is for 10th certhificate & 10000 is +2 - 12th certhificate) . I paid 31000 somthing because I'm from Odiaha

Campus Life

5

Now I'm just 1st year 1st semister students. So, I'm not experience with campus life, focusing on social aspects, club involvment and infrastructire provide till. annual and technical festivals, along with the months they are typically held

Admission

I applied in various colleges. The addmission selection list released first of this college. That's why I did the admission here. No exam require for BA course in this college. Only 12th marks require i.e. 45 - 55 %

Faculty

4

There is a lot of guest faculty but they are mentaing the classes as well. Both guest & permanent faculties are too familiar towords students. I like the all faculty of Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, English & Hindi departments. In one semister there is 3 exams they are C1(10 marks) C2(10 marks) C3(80 marks) . C1 is the home assignment C2 is the Class Test C3 is the Semister end exam. Will the exam be difficult or easy ; that will depand on your hard work.

Night Life

5

Course Curriculum Overview:

- curriculum specially for BA is not like how you see in other universities it's a comprehensive curriculum where your also studying subject like AI learning, data analysis, regional languages and so much more it is a comprehensive course which is not only focusing on your major but also on an overall development of you as a student.. - well we are not only getting in-class lectures but we also have a internal component of internship every year which helps us get an experience of real world situations and job market. -There is one course called numbers we have that could be improved it basically talks about mathematical in economic applications numerical implications particularly which has not been given more thought on it could be more elaborated and structured well. - frequency is high and difficulty is moderate usually.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

Remarks:

I liked the course provided by this college. The subjects are different for every semester and the aura is splendid. This college provides a very good faculty which not only is good at keeping up with academics, but also is great in keeping a good rapport with their students. There is a whole variety of extra curricular activities which brings out the core personality of every student. I for a fact, had stage fear. But after I chose MIC, I really started getting over it.
