Remarks

This is an excellent college for me where I learnt how to compete with the life problems and how to deal with it. This college helps to enhance your knowledge in every field you are master in. I am personally experienced it and I say that this is the best college I have studied.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a good syllabus and the exam is held twice in a year semester wise And there is a several exams taken in the college during the semester like unit test, teacher assessment test and sessionals also

Placement Experience

There is a lot of placements and job opportunities in our college. In the college there are many companies like paytm amazon and many more like these are come to enrol our college students to a very good job

College Events

There is very big list of events celebrated in our college. All the students are very eagerly for those college fests. There is aadrika and freshers party are held every year. Sports fests are also held.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible Fee structure and allowing all the students to study in this at very less fee for admission and there is no extra fees taken by the college during the course and also they offer some scholarships if a student score good marks

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a up scholarship that is runned by the government To allow all the students who are unable to fill their fees of college. The government has also give pocket money to the students who are under low annual scheme.

Campus Life

There is a lot of extra curricular activities for the enjoyment of students and also enlarging the skills of students in every field like sports, dancing, singing, and to improve their learning skills.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are very helpful for us. All the senior students are always ready to help to their juniors. They provide notes, their study materials and also teaches us the exam syllabus which are not understand during lectures.

Admission

I am asked to show my 10th and 12 th marksheet and then they ask which stream u want to be study and I finally take my admission . There is a deputy registrar who helped me a lot in choosing my stream for my study.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

i have taken jee entrance exam. they did my admission directly then they said to do counselling so that i will get confirm scholarship. so after direct admission, i did aktu councilling and paid 10k to college and 20k in counselling. my counselling paid fees was adjested in my college fees. admission was varying from student to student depending upon from which teacher they got admission as refferal....Read More

An Extremely Honest Review.

Going and living out from home poised a concern in front of my parents as they are extremely concerned over their girl's safety. This limited my number of choices and I had to choose from the ones local to us. We went to various campuses, but my dad immediately knew that this college had to be the one.
