Course Curriculum Overview

5

Honestly, the curriculum was great. Initially I hated it cause they removed psychology and I desperately wanted that but later once college classes started I started liking the subjects that were there and I liked it I'm so glad i changed my course in between to take up visual communication and performing arts. This course is really unique. I loved my course

Internships Opportunities

3

We had to find our own internships. We all did internships for a month They used to hold these job fair but no use- no one really got an opportunity for a job or even an internship We all found one with our own struggle

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fee payment was 55,000/- Mine was a triple major but due to NEP they removed a third subject- psychology The fees remained the same. For the other combination students like the journalism kids their fees was 65,000/- I don't remember the tuition fees and all I did not take hostel as I lived near by. But the hostel fee was around 8k-9k if I'm not wrong. But the hostel and the food is really really bad. Many have seen worms and cockroaches in the food.

Campus Life

5

I loved it. I'm more of an extrovert soul so I loved socialising, meeting new people, making more friends and all So I was in part of almost everything in college. I was in the choir, I was in the fashion team, I was in the dance team, I was a part of the student council for two consecutive years, was in the art team, was in the editing and the design team I was culturally and socially very active in college. All of these activities made me come to college and obviously my friends too. College used to have one or another activity or a program very often So thanks to all of that I made soooo many friends So my college life was really really good.

Admission

I had to choice. The course that I wanted was in this college and my parents weren't ready to send me to any further place. Even tho I got into a really good college in Pune I wasn't allowed and I got into st. Joseph's but I wasn't sure if i wanted to join there cause I was a lil doubtful about their course so my last and my only option was JNC

Faculty

5

I was in the media department- so the media faculty is genuinely the best among all the other departments in the college. The media faculty actually made our learning fun with a lot of workshops and other entertainment sources for us to understand better

Night Life

5

My college is in Koramangala. So there are a lotttttt of clubs and eatery places around So the nightlife is amazing near my colleges It's very attractive There's this place called "khawa karpo " most of JNC goes there And there are places like tenzin kitchen, bananas, the nexus mall, bobs, chin lungs and so so many more

Currently, principal fr.victor Lobo is neglective towards the student's needs. He is all about the money-making and has very racist behaviour. Apart from that the college life/campus is a wonderful place to study.
