The advance studies block, which is a new block

The poor maintenance of other blocks and classrooms

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good overall, but the teaching methods can be improved very much both theoretically and practically , many didn't have projectors also.. students can be taken to more good IVs, and exam timing is not followed mostly

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 245000 per year

Placement Experience

From 6th semester onwards placements will starts, and placement training eventually starts from 2nd year itself, and percentage of students getting placed is not as much as the college shows, some students got selected by companies with high packages

Fees and Financial Aid

1st year - 245000 2nd year - 205000 3rd year - 205000 4th year - 205000 For 2024 batch it has been increased to 350000 for 1st year, 320000 for next year's. Some Scholarships are available for women students.

Campus Life

The library is mostly of subject books and some examination books. The culturals will be conducted for each batch till the pre final year The technological provisions of most of the classes are poor. There are many good clubs in the college

Admission

I have passed the VITEEE exam, but the fee structure was very high for my category excluding the transport fees, so as a next option I have choosed Sathyabama because of its ranking and accreditation.

Faculty

Some faculties are not good in teaching and also in the communication with students, while others are actually good and friendly. Sometimes the exam questions will be asked out of the syllabus or totally different, which the faculty hadn't taught the students, and correction of paper is also sometimes poor, they don't afford full marks even for the correct answers.

Night Life

I'm not a hosteller, hostel students have outing limits and gate passes , at night time the college environment will be actually good. It is located in main city,so many shops, malls and restaurants are located in surrounding

An Amazing Lookback of College Days

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well designed and covered both fundamental and advanced concepts. We choose elective papers each sem one paper from third sem. That selection of elective papers made us to do case study of real world exposure and competency. The curriculum prepared us for the reasonable real world applications. Also workshops and internships bridged the gap between industry expectations and academics. The teaching methods are really supportive and knowledgeable. On the whole the curriculum was strong and but needs to be imapctful.

Placement Experience:

Overall, the college maintains a placement rate of around 75-80%, which is quite strong compared to may private institutions. Most students who are eligible and actively participate in placement training are able to secure jobs.

Placement Experience:

7th semester eligible to campus. I attended 3 companies I got offers from 2 companies. 230000 to 400000 offering campus placement companies. 75 percent of students got campus placements. I got a job through campus and joined.

How I See Sathyabama!

I applied for VIT and SRM because my math scores in 12th boards werent that good. So I didnt apply for government based colleges. VIT i got seat in Andha Pradesh. I didnt wanna go there. Sathyabama is very near to my home like 30mins away. I also tried in St Joseph but the fees was too high the BE CSE same course costed 16L there. SRM is also too far from my home.
