Course Curriculum Overview

My course name ba (audio. videos . recording animation and photography) I chose this specific field the particular reason for the circumstance is I have quiet a good intrest photography and animation the college doing its best to make us prepared for real world their teaching method is very good and always show us practical work

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 52000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

This year I paid only (14000) for 1st semester as SC Scholarship candidate . The fee for genral category students is nearly 50000 yearly . I got my scholarship through dr.ambedkar scheme . My 2nd semester will be nearly 11000 as a SC category student

Campus Life

My college held book fair and science fair which so fun to go. The college has a vast library which provide a large number of books and newspapers nearly from 1930s . Students who are good at sports or curriculum activities like bhangra or gidha get special fee concessions

Admission

I chose this college the particular reason for circumstance is it was my dream college . This college has rich history and culture and it is one of the best college in my region and I did'nt applied to any other college because I knew I would take addmision in this college

Faculty

I don't know the exact ratio of faculty to students but every student get equal attention there are two types of exams mid term tests and final exams the exams aren't that difficult they are easy to get passed .

Night Life

I don't live in hostel but my college hostel has a gym mess and students . College have temple and gurudwara for praying students can go out of college till 11 pm there are cinemas nearby and lot of famous tea points

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teaching method of faculty members is very good they teach in very easy way. The exam is of 3 hours and not that tough. The course is really very helpful for many students in many ways. The course is not that tough students can do this course very easily.

Overall university is nice but i would suggest to opt for government colleges if you are looking in Chandigarh

Placement Experience:

In last year means in semester 5th , amity offers placements. Companies visited was amazon, Google, microsoft , airtel , flipkart , deloitte and adobe in 2023. Package:- highest 10 lakh per annum and average was 5-6 lakh per annum offered by deloitte and hdfc 8000+ students got placements. My plans after the degree are Ma in clinical psychology from abroad.

Remarks:

Lpu is good in exposure, experience of college life, increase your communication skills because students are from foreign and other states but backlashs are management is often careless on students. If students need help they regarding any activity in college they don’t respond quickly.

There are no placement opportunities for students. We have found a job on our own. Many students go for further studies or change their fields. Some students join as helpers in small clinics around the college. There is no help provided by the college for internships eitherI choose this course here in Khalsa College because it is only provided there. The future is all around artificial intelligence and my course is also in AI . My college can improve the side subjects.
