Likes
- There is no compulsory uniform to be used. You can wear whatever you like.
- The facilities of library is pretty nice. Plenty of books are Available for students there.
- Parking area is also covered with shades, so vehicles doesn't get overheated.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college is really poor. The college building needs to be fresh painted.
- Basic electrical appliances like modern switch boards are not there in the classrooms. Tables and chairs are really old and almost everytime covered with dust.
- There is no specific schedule for classes. Sometimes teachers come, sometimes they don't
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is same as of any school, nothing special. But we do have some value added courses and special education courses which can be beneficial for us. The syllabus can be more detailed to understand it properly though.
Fees and Financial Aid
For bcom(hons) abst, the year wise fees is 5750/- INR. Its a four year course. My college also provides financial aid to bellow poverty line students and reservations for ST, SC, OBC and EWS students.
Campus Life
The campus and infrastructure of the college is really really poor. If we compare it to a private college, then I will rate it 1/10. The building is really poor. There is only a single canteen and building of that's too is really bad. The infrastructure really needs to get upgraded. The college looks like a small village school.
Admission
I applied to this college only. This is because I am doing a professional degree and my college helps me to do a professional degree along with the college degree. So I didn't applied to any other colleges.
Faculty
Faculties are not really good. They are less in number as compared to the students. Personally I don't know any of the faculty members there. But examination head Dr. Mittal is really nice. I missed my mid term exams due to illness and he helped me for the reconduction of the examination. There are two exams per semester. The exams are not really difficult, so yeah we can answer every question with proper preparation .
Night Life
There is no public gathering places in the college like gyms, cafes etc. We only have a ground and a so called canteen with really bad infrastructure and poor food. Since I am not a hostel student so I am not much aware about the hostel rooms but I don't think so it will any better either
