ALL About JNTUA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING KALIKIRI

Our course curriculum is very well designed. Our college is followed JNTU anantapur's curriculum. We study in R20 regulation. Along with subjects, skill development courses like python,PCB design etc also provided for students

Before there are less internships are provided. Maximum online internships are encouraged. Internships conducted in person are very less. Faculty encourage to do internship in online only. The company that conducted offline workshop and online internship is savoury minds and viksha tech solutions etc

Before 1-2 years, there are very less placements in our college. But, every year the placement number is increasing gradually. Recently, the college became autonomous and NAAC Accreditation. From 2nd year onwards, college provides workshops and internships to students for campus placements. Companies that visited are TCS, L&T, savoury minds etc

Fee structure of our college is 10000 per year and hostel fee is 30000 per year. Before joining the college, admission fee is 7200 and hostel deposit fee is 5000 rupees. Government's fee reimbursement scholarship is there.

There will be atleast one technical fest conducted in a year. There are maximum number of books available in Library. Library is biggest plus in our college. Faculty will encourage students in sports and extracurricular activities. There will be no class work conducted on Saturday and Sunday. Basically, clubs like technical quiz, culturals, hackathon etc conducted on Saturday

Hostel are rooms are so wide. It is fixed that only 4 members per room. The room has 2 fans and windows too . Balcony is also there for every room. There will be washrooms for every floor . Food quality is above average. But, there will be changes in menu for every 3 months based on students feedback

I chose this college as it is under government and university category. As far I know, the JNTU standards will be excellent. And the fee structure is so affordable. I applied to this college in counselling after qualifying in state entrance exam (EAPCET OR ECET) .

Faculty to student ratio is 1:32. The faculty is very supportive and will clearly explain if we have any doubts. The faculty that I most liked is pratap sir. Once we listen his class, there will be no need for revision to write exams

Our college is located near a village called kalikiri. When we talk about night life, it is minus. Hostel timings are 6AM to 9PM. Roaming outside isn't possible especially in nights . Our campus is similar to Residential campus.
