- The 1st thing I liked about this college is the infrastructure which shows professionalism.
- The teachers are very friendly and supportive
- They have special sessions and lectures and IRE classes
Dislikes
- There is no proper play area which is disappointing
- As there is very minimum strength of students there's no effective fests
- The Hostel food is horrible and think twice about joining hostel
Course Curriculum Overview
I would say the difficulty level is 2/5 as the exams are very easy to handle and not too complicated. The course curriculum is relevant to the day today concepts and majorly focussed on corporate sectors.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees here should be paid yearly. For the first year we need to pay a deposit of Rs 20000. The course fee for the first year is Rs 175000, which includes a laptop which not that worth and the laptop is not compulsory. If we didn't opt for the laptop, the fees will be detected from the 3rd year. The fee for the next 2 years is Rs 125000. The fee is affordable and I see it is quite worth of money.
Campus Life
The library is not that great, which does not contain any intresting segment and highly focused on academic books. There are student run groups which have sections like finance, marketing, HR and management.
Hostel Facilities
The meal they provide is pure vegetarian which is again bad for me as I love to eat non veg food. The food quality is very bad and I quit hostel because of bad food. They can only provide veg which doesn't suit me.
Admission
Actually I got a mail from IIM ROHTAK as I appeared for IPMAT exam and I got selected for the IPL course. Unfortunately I thought to pursue my BBA in GIBS and prepare for CAT exam to crack IIMs and get along.
Faculty
Faculties are very good and I would like to address Dr.Chitradevi mam whom I think one of the best teacher GIBS have. Exams are easy as it's Bangalore University and teachers guide us to gain maximum marks.
Night Life
The cafeteria, library, public area is not as good but I personally don't like the outside environment other than classrooms. Hostel is a pretty bad idea in my opinion. Better take PGs with the same cost.
