Course Curriculum Overview
I liked recent regulation(R20) that includes interships and projects which can help reach to real world applications and assist hands on experience... I think somemore changes to be needed in academics in order to motivate students for research activities etc.. Timings of exams are good enough...
Internships Opportunities
Many companies like blue star and APSPDCL, GENCO, TRANSCO offered interships in different sectors... We have community service project in 2-2 semester and have to do core related project in final year last sem
Placement Experience
From 3-2 semester students become eligible for campus placements in our college.... Many companies have visited our college like factset, moschip,TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, medha servo,L&T ..... Highest package offered in our campus is 11LPA(FACSET) and average package is 6 LPA percentage of students getting placements is about 70. I have to planned to purse m.tech from reputated university..
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure at JNTUA College of Engineering, Anantapur, varies depending on the course and whether you are under the government or self-financing seat category. B.Tech: The annual fee for B.Tech students in the general category through AP EAMCET is about INR 10,000. Students who enter via management quota may pay higher fees, generally ranging up to INR 1.5 lakh annually 2. Hostel Fees: Hostel fees are modest compared to private accommodations, making it affordable for students staying on campus Generally, JNTUA has kept its fees stable without significant increases over recent years, particularly for government quota seats.
Campus Life
There are many fests happening in our college like Utsav, college fest and departmental technical fest (EYE.....) Yes,Clubs are also running in college that includes sports ,dance,singing,coding..etc
Hostel Facilities
In our room ,we have three tables, two chairs and racks are provided for placing books and personal belongings. Hangers are also provided to hang clothes.. Meals quality is good at morning and nights.. Registration process for hostel is easy ,just we have to fill Google form that hostel management sent and pay 5200 as initial maintenance fees..
Admission
I have applied for only Jntu kakinada,Andhra University too.. but my rank (9086) is not sufficient to get seat in particular courses based on my category..but no worries JNTU Anantapur is also a one of beautiful campus that I have.. I have choosed this college after having college review in YouTube especially I fell for greenery and architecture of campus...
Faculty
In our electrical department, nearly 20 teaching staff are present who can taught for all four year students(4*68=272) ... Faculty are so friendly , personally I felt P.Bharath sir (who can teach control systems,signals,ICT..) is my one of the favourite teachers. I didn't like some contract based lectures who can mugup things and used to taught.. We have two semesters and 4 mids in each year expect at 4-2(we have no semester and mid exams ,for this we have internship and project only..) In our college, fail precent is very low that might be two or three from class..
