A brief information about our College

I prefer BBA LLB as my interest and character match up more with eligibility of a lawyer. Law is most important part of our life so demand for a lawyer never ends. And it's also a highly reputed occupation we can do in society which helps us to give people their denied rights and justice. Lawyer is a profession with high duty and obligations. Our exams in college are conducted timely according to Calicut University calendar.

We have compulsory intership to be done in college from 1st year itself. We have to complete a 20 weeks internship within 5 year of our curriculum and the certificate and internship diary is to be submitted in college during 10th sem. A viva will be conducted on basis of this. We can do internship in courts, with advocates , jails ,forest area or any other sectors providing law or giving importance to law sector.

Our college provide both management and govt sets which have different fee structure. During admission as a registeration fee we have to pay a amount of 1000/- and A refundable caution deposit of 50000/- And a non refundable caution deposit of 5000/- which is same for both seats. A tution fee of amount 27,300/- and a special tution fee of 2625/- have to be paid in every semester for management seat that is approx. 60,000 /- every year. For govt seat a tution fee of amount 18,375/- And special tution fees of 2625/- have to be paid in every semester that is 42000 yearly. There is scholarship for reservation category which can be accesed through e-grants facilitated by govt. For students with financial issues can apply for education loans for financial support. Our college is one of the affordable college in Calicut University with high academic excellence and good atmosphere

We have onam celebration, christmas celebration, freshers day, arts day and other programmes conducted in special occasions. There are no. Of students club actively performing in college such as arts club, music club, environment club, sports club, arts club, etc. they conduct programme on special days according to clubs importance and objectives. We have sports competition conducted every year within the students of college of every year for both girls and boys. We are trying to improve the quality of programmes with the support of management. We have a good union that is our governing body of students. We don't have any political activities or parties performed in college.

Our College doesn't provide college hostels but we have a number of native people providing paying facility in college surrounding itself which is comfortable and safe for both girls and boys. Monthly 2500 is the charge for rent in most of the rooms which is decent. There are homes providing food facilities with extra charges, there are homes providing kitchen facilities where we can cook for ourselves and there are also catering facilities where we can order for food which Is 50 rs per food that is 150 per day. We can get contact numbers of this owners from office itself. We can contact owners and check the availability and facilities and book the rooms by paying 5000 as a deposit which is refundable. Rooms are near to College itself which is easier to acces for students. There is only walkable distance from most of the hostels(home)

I have preferred to get admission in this college as Bhavn's college is one of the most reputed college in Calicut University which provides a affordable fee structure too. My preference was to take BBA LLB as my degree and it was provided by the same college which made my decision to prefer to take admission in this college. There common entrance test conducted in Kerala Namely KLEE for admission. After getting results and knowing our rank we can apply for colleges after which we get allotment in a college by checking our rank position and preferences to the college.

We have best faculty provided in our College by our management. They are highly qualified and dedicated to their work.Our teaching staffs are graduated and completed their higher degree from well known institutions and colleges. They are skilled professional with friendly behaviour towards management and students in colleges. In every semester there are university exams for semester as we have BBA LLB as our degree we have to compete with both management and law papers combined with English as a subject in 1st and 2nd sem. To get prepared for university exams oru management conducts model exams and internal exams for preparing for the same. We have great results in our college due to efforts of students, non teaching and teaching staffs and management.

We don't have late night activities performed in college as our college gates will get closed after 6 PM. We have library facilities working till 4.30 PM which is a standard one with management and law journals for references provided by management. Our college doesn't provide college hostels but we have Paying guest facilities around college which is very nearby to College area which is comfortable and safe for students. It's provided for both girls and boys.
