Course Curriculum Overview

4

After neet counseling the best to choose after mbbs would be the bams course. As it also provides us with the same dynamic as mbbs but with the ayurvedic as well as the modern view. The syllabus and exams are as par as ths mbbs one. The course duration is also 5.5 years with 1 year internship included.

Internships Opportunities

4

College has compulsory internship available for 1 year and the payment is about 18000 which is provided by the government. 6 months in college internship and 3 months in the civil hospital and rest 3months in the local primary health care

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

1st year fees is 68000 with all extra fee in which 12000 are refundable after your internship. The fee i paid in 2nd year was 51000 without hostel. Hostel fees are 9000 for girls The college is GS Gune ayurved medical college ahmednagar

Campus Life

3

The college fest is mostly in april may and other festival like ganesh chaturthi ayurveda day, navratri etc are celebrated. The college has its own library with a lot books available for students also lower caste students are provided with free books. Also SC\ST students have full scholarship available also other castes obc/ntb also have scholarships available

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel facility is quite affordable as girls have 9000 fees per year and boys have 12000per year also the mess fees for a year are 28000. The locality also have rented rooms available if someone doesn't want to stay in hostel. The menu is college mess is pure vegetarian

Admission

The other colleges i applied were like RA potdar college of mumbai and tilak ayurved college of pune which are quite reputed. But also the cutoff of these colleges goes quite high. Also astang ayurved college is also in pune

Faculty

4

Faculty is more than enough as each year has only 1 batch comprising of almost 60 students. As from last year exam system has changed the university exam is conducted after 1.5 years and 2 semester exams are taken in between the year

Other Applied Colleges

Tilak ayurved pune | Bams

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this course we learn about our ancient way to treat patients that is AYURVEDA that's why I choose this course. As we study all types of Desiases we can connect it to real world situations also. The teaching should be more practical based so that student will get more scope. Exams conducted monthly and are on syllabus. Not that much difficult.
