Review Of Shankar Narayan College of arts and Commerce

The courses in IT are BSC-IT, BSC-CS and curriculum and syllabus are from Mumbai University which makes it so outdated non-intersting. they just try complete the syllabus before time. They must improve the overall teaching method and focus on real-world applications and technologies rather than just syllabus.

Fees For 1st year BSCIT was reduced to 18000/- in 2021 because of lockdown, 2nd year fees was 24000 for open, and 27000 for 3rd year. thers no financial aid available in this college. No scholarships were conducted.

Campus is good there are many sports, competition, activities, annual day celebration, traditional day, convegno event. there library with wide range of academic books. Computer labs is good equipped with fast internet.

I chose this college because it was near my house and affordable fees. although this college is not popular in mumbai. The admission process was similar to other mumbai university affiliated college.

The faculty members are well quailified to their subjects and a good relationship is maintained.But at degree level some faculty member are so arrogant and not qualified for their subjects some of them even did not want to teach.
