Course Curriculum Overview

I was supposed to do mbbs but couldn't get a seat so the next best thing was biomedical science and had a university offering this course in my city so just got enrolled Curriculum somewhat prepares you for real world experience as I did a internship in 2nd year which found out myself and everything just dropped in front of eyes the way industry works no one teaches these things in University

Class Size: 24Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I did one internship with sunpharma in 2nd year I got it through connection We have to do dissertation in last sem where many seek out mostly projects and other opt for industrial training our college helps in this aspect

Placement Experience

Our course is new so placements are few from college side even though they do try but mostly we have to find it ourself and most students pursue further education abroad after completing this course my plans are to try for a mba or PhD abroad

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester fees- 50000 2 semester per year so total fees for a year- 100000 We have 4-6 labs in a week for every week where we use various chemicals and instruments but we are still not allowed to operate instruments on are own We have a scholarship but I can't avail as I don't fir the criteria ( merit based)

Campus Life

Infrastructure is moderate there are classroom and now they have upgraded to ac classrooms too but then again there is issue of parking they way too many students and not nearly enough parking, labs are okish other than that building is good

Admission

I didn't applied to any other colleges as no college was offering this particular course There is no criteria for admission other than having biology in 12th and cutoff are 33 percent marks of total marks

Faculty

Total faculty are around 20-30 for our course There are some teachers who tantrums like kids but others are good at what they teach Some set paper so hard and even the stuff they haven't taught 80 percent Attendance is required and if not there is grade drop

A balanced college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

This includes subject like genetics ,molecular biology,immunology and others which strongly influence my decision to choose this course.It prepares students for well further academic education like MSC and research based fields.Teaching methods can be improved by adding interactive sessions,case studies, handson practice. This college includes internal exams such as unit test ,assignments, practical exams and end semesters exams which help students to stayed focused on studying.There are less difficulties faced by students who attend lectures on regular basis.

Placement Experience:

My course and the placements are mostly government-related. We go to forensic science laboratories (FSLs) which are all over India for jobs. We can be recruited as scientific officers or scientific assistants etc. In Kerala, I have to give the PSC examination for recruitment.

There are not much placements from our college but students are there is a placement fair we can be eligible for placements in our last year there are many schools that do visit the average package they got his between 25000 to 35000 month I guess 35 to 45% of the students are getting placement my plan after getting the degrees to clear the CTET examination and get a job in KVS

B.Sc course help lot's of options available our to go in the industry, give the best job, research, after bsc & do b.ed in a particular subject that you become a professor in college/ University The faculty: student ratio is a very good class that is full of students every time not only in the classroom but also in practical work. All faculty members have Ph.D. even some professors do research in a particular field they review in any doubt or teaching methods so polite. Exam: every 2 months exams like internals, external, practicals, even some time faculty personally take exams.

I had research this college and the review of this college is awesome compare to other colleges. The other college i had applied is in MSU baroda but i got reject from there as I'm not matching their criteria. Nice college for every course

I applied in Parul University, Msu Baroda branch, and Navrachna University. Got confirmed admission in Navrachna University. I chose this college because this is overall the best college to do any course. Yes I got rejection from Msu Baroda college as I didn't clear entrance exam. Navrachana University review

I applied to 3 universities which are navrachana , msu , pdeu ( Gandhinagar) . I got admission in msu but I didn't prefer to go to msu as it is a government college and couldn't keep up with the latest changes as of now and due to its limited seats and the sc st quota in there I felt I couldn't get classmates to match up my level in academics .
