Course Curriculum Overview
There are wide range of opportunities for the course b pharm. I chose this course , beacause I love chemistry and pharmacy mainly deals with chemistry. The teaching and exam timing are just perfect.After b pharm we will become a registered pharmacist. We can select the profession of our like or we can apply for higher studies.
Internships Opportunities
After 6th Sem, a 1 month internship should be done. We can choose the hospital or industry of our like. The internship is compulsory and all student must complete a certain hour of internship. On 8th Sem, there will be project based on the subject we choose. It is mandatory.
Fees and Financial Aid
Hi, I am Khadeeja, studying b pharm at Hindustan college of pharmacy I paid 1,36000 on first year and then the second and third yr fee was 123605. The final year fee is same as first year. There is an extra 10000 including the caution fee, registration fee,lab fee, uniform etc.
Campus Life
Arts festival is the best programme which is conducted on may. The Onam and Christmas celebration are just wow. We students can celebrate the programmes as we like and there is no restrictions for programmes. The library provide lots of books to refer and we can use the library at any time. We run a social group on Instagram "Hicopians".
Hostel Facilities
4 students per room. Each one is provided with a shelf and table. High quality meals. Cleaning will be done by them. Uniforms, bedsheet and pillowcases will be washed and ironed by them. First u should pay 10000 ( 6600+ admission fee+ caution deposit + bed and pillow). Then monthly 6600. Hostel is meet and clean. Located 200 metre away from college. Nature friendly atmosphere.
Admission
I did applied for a number of colleges and this was the first college to call me. So I decided to take admission here. For admission, you should achieve Atleast 75% mark in 12tn grade or should qualify KEAM.
Faculty
The faculties are really friendly with all the students. We can approach them in any situation at any time. Even there is no restriction for meeting the principal. There are two internal exams per semester and we should achieve minimum 50% mark each in order to be eligible for university examination. The course syllabus is neither simple nor difficult. Some students fail examination. But there is 3 supplementary exams for odd Sem and 2 for even Sem. It is enough to clear the failed subject. Continues practice and study makes the course easy.
