Every department has adequate facilities. All 19 departments are fully functional along with PMR department. Faculty to student ratio is excellent (around 1:8) Medicine department has one of the best doctors of central India and they have excellent teaching skills Specially Dr. Anil Kapoor sir (MD MEDICINE) and Dr. CSR sir (DM NEUROLOGY) In surgery department I like Dr. Nitin garg sir (MS general surgery) as our HOD and Dr mridul Shahi sir (MCH Neuro surgery). Exams are conducted at scheduled time ( 2 sessional exams + 1 pre university exam + university exams at last). Since it's MBBS exams so, passing percentage is around 70%

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS course curriculum is quite comprehensive and well-structured, covering all the essential aspects of medical science needed for both academic growth and clinical practice. The inclusion of subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry in the first year builds a strong foundation for understanding the human body and disease mechanisms. The curriculum is relevant as it gradually progresses from basic to clinical subjects, preparing students for real-world medical applications and patient care. Teaching methods such as interactive lectures, practical sessions, dissections, and clinical demonstrations make learning more engaging and concept-based. However, more emphasis on integrated teaching, case-based discussions, and exposure to real clinical settings from the early years would further enhance understanding and application. The frequency and timing of exams are generally well-planned, but sometimes the schedule can feel packed, leaving limited time for conceptual revision. Overall, the curriculum is highly relevant and effective, though incorporating more modern teaching methods, simulation-based learning, and periodic skill assessments could make it even better suited for today’s medical challenges.
