One of the best colleges in goa

The current NEP policy of education makes it so that the students focus more on skills so the college has taken a unique approach by allowing students to take part in internships and call special guest lecturers to motivate the students and educate them about different fields

The college is just starting to adapt to the NEP policy and is working hard on getting internship opportunities for students as of right now they've partnered with major events to allow students to volunteer and gain experience

Campus placements are offered to students after 3rd year there are various companies that visit our college like Berger paints, bodhi academy the highest package has been 15LPA and about 70 percent of the students end up getting placements

The year wise fees varies from 7500-12000 depending on which year you are in this is inclusive of all the tuition fees, registration fees, lab fees, gym fees etc Those whoare from different categories like st/sc will be given abnotice later during the college year about a potential refund of a certain amount of money from the fees paid

The infrastructure is very good but the computer labs could use some upgrades, the wifi accessibility makes it convenient for students to do their research as for the events every year there is an inter college football match, cultural festival, celebration for all the major festivals like diwali, navratri, Holi, the classrooms are equipped with projectors and smart screens

Dempo college in my opinion is among the top 3 best colleges in goa and I picked this college over the others cause I hv heard a lot about it from my seniors the next thing being it is the next closest college for me to attend and their placement cell makes it even better to attend

The faculties are very approachable and are ready to help whenever required There are 2 exams held every year along with 3 assignments each semester out of the 3 assignments the best 2 assignments u hv scored in are selected and are used for the exam
