Remarks

Overall college is decent enough to pursue your post graduation degree. Vast exposure from various fields can be acquired in this institute. Visiting faculties help students alot in guiding them. Its been almost a year n happy to be a part of it!

Course Curriculum Overview

I am pursuing MMS course which is Masters in Management Studies. It is a Mumbai University course. Exam structure is semister pattern. It also includes various subjects including live projects, events, fun activities etc.

Placement Experience

Since our college is the second oldest b-school in mumbai, we have great placement opportunities here. College also provides off summer and summer internships. Also executive placements are great. Every student gets enough exposure to the corporate world.

College Events

Good to Great event is huge event where every class competes with other class as a team in various stages like from deciding name of the team to winning quizes. Challengers is a sports event where every student gets opportunity to showcase their talent in the outdoor as well indoor games. Reminiscence is the get together of all the alumnis yet so.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its quite feasible as compare to other colleges at the same level keeping in consideration the infrastructure and facilities which the college provides for students. Fees for MMS course is around 1.70 lacs per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarship schemes for students who are economically backward. The admin staff is very helpful in informing the students about various schemes for their benefit. Also loan facilties are available.

Campus Life

College is enthusiastic in extracurricular activities like cultural and sports. We have separate events for every extracurricular activities. College encourages students to show their talent in this events.

Alumni/Alumna

As we have a great alumni network since 1981, they come to address students and guide them in future careers. Seniors are also very helpful and motivating. We have friendly atmosphere in the college with the seniors.

Our college is know for its old faculty since it has huge alumni network. All the faculties are professional and have detailed knowledge about their domain. They not only teach students but interact by conducting various activities relating to the topic to get practical understanding.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

Summer Internship

Chetana's have two different courses for MBA one of them is MMS and another one is PGDM. I opted for the MMS course and my major was Marketing and sales. The faculty in Chetan's are the same for some subjects and many of them are different as MMS is a degree course and PGDM is a Diploma course. Chetana's have a total of 5 courses Marketing, HR, Finance, Operation & Systems. They are going to start a new course that is Retail as well. Chetan's have a really good reputation for Marketing course as many companies visit them to hire a young marketer and the faculties are experts in marketing & digital marketing. There are many events that happen at Chetana's which are mostly combined with both PGDM & MMS students. The events are a crucial part of MBA life to build team management & Leadership and these events are managed by students only.
