Unbiased opinion about NIMS university jaipur

Ciriculum is based on the syllabus of iits and this helps and work for the student too who doesnot have any prior knowledge of subject and they offer bridge course for each subjects too so that students never face problem.

There are many internship offered in the first year only. And i have done one internship and get stipened of 6k for 3 weeks. Internship was to check webpages are they working nice or not. I was having prior knowlege so i got that.

Placement for recent years are really good almost 60 percent got placed with around 7.5 lacs median package in btech cs program. I would be doing mtech from outside india after btech and will be doing job out of india.

I paid 200000 anual fees( 2 semester ). All type of fees come under the tution fees only but you have to pay 10000 a year for club fees. All branches in btech has same fees. You would be getting scholarship based on your performance in board or any entrance tests.

Campus life is really good . Hostel food is really good and hygenic but not good as of your home. The classroom are quite big auditorium are big. There are 6 libraries in each department and around 32 clubs to improve your skills.

They are good they provide food if you visit late in the mess and they are all treat and serve food as parents. They handle hygene and serve properly and the food is quite good and do serve large and diverse varities of food.

I do applied to many colleges but the infrastructure and faculty are better in nims university. Eligibilty for admission is not certain and specific but to book seat you must outstand with your scores .

50 to 1 is teacher student ratio. Teachers are good and all hold phd and many of them are from IITs. I like mathematics faculty most. There are 2 internals and 2 semester exams a year and difficulty is easy to medium.
