What Students Say

Likes

The basketball court is really good here.
The auditorium is also good with a capacity of 200-300 people and it is Fully air conditioner
Also one of the good thing is that the campus is ragging free.

Dislikes

The cafeteria is not much big and there are always limited seats.
Most of the students will always be on cafeteria only and not in class.
One of the thing that was unexpected was that there wasn't any fresher's party for the students.

The course curriculum of Jagran college is as per the kanpur University (chhatrapati shivaji maharaj university). You can also check it on the brochure which is freely available on the Jagran college website.

Class Size: 340Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of Jagran is really affordable and convenient even for someone from middle class family. As in my case itz 15000 per annum and that's it. Although you might have to purchase form of 300 from Admin office. But it's affordable than bba which is around 40000.

Campus Life

The overall experience of the campus is moderate. Although the only bad thing was that there wasn't any fresher's party organised for us. But the seniors organised an unofficial fresher's for us. Now about the extra curricular there is a navratri night being organised for which we are really excited.

Admission

The admission process is really simple first you need to register yourself in the samarth portal and pay a registration fee of 300 there and then you need to visit the campus for further procedures and they'll all guide you with everything and once you pay the fee you'll be added to the WhatsApp group.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty as for the fact are really good and supportive but because of some nuisance students they aren't able to teach the good students properly and you'll feel the class boring as well sometimes. Exams format is like on odd semester it's subjective and on even semester it's multiple choice only.

Placement Experience:

The average package was 5LPA which was very good for the start as a fresher. Last year's students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies were joined campus placement fair at that time including Wipro, Sony, vodaphone, etc.

Why "its worth it" college

I applied to CSJMU AND HBTU in kanpur but i did not go selected in HBTU and then i didn't wanted to go CSJMU because of conveyance issue. So i did choose Jagran as it is very much near to my house and also providing good knowledge. We had to register to our college.
