"Medhavi Skill University: Learning Beyond the Classroom"

I choosed this course because of the job opportunities available in the healthcare section and because everyone in my family is in the healthcare field.The faculty are very well qualified and the we have our exams on every end of the semester.And it quite hard.

There is internship on the 2nd year of 6 months where we are offered stipend to fullfill our expenditure.We go to many companies like crh hospital,hotel hyat ,district hospital singtam and as it is a skill university it mainly focuses on skill upgradation and ojts.

The student need to obtain 70% to be eligible for placements.Many companies and hospitals came to our college for placement like hotel hyat,and central research hospital.The highest package offered was 3.4lakhs per annum by hotel hyat for hotel management course.I will establish my own diagnostic centre with my uncle.

I have got 25% scholarship in state qouta after and i am paying 50.000 per semester.It will increase over the year but only for new admission.If any student has scored 90% and above in 12th he/she will get 100% scholarship from the vice chancelor.

There are many fest conducted in festive season like in holi fest dushera etc.The library is quite small in our college and the books are very less in it.Everyday on the last class we have the club activity and sports activities.Nss and other club are available.

I choosed this college because its a quite different and unique university because it offers hands on skill learning compared to traditional others college learning.I looked over 2 college like SMIT and SMU but at the end i took my admission on this college.I didnt got any rejection from any college this college was my first choice.The admission process is quite easy first i paid 3000 for registration and other things were handled by faculty and after completion of admission i paid half of 30000 which is 15000 because of early admission.The criteria is you need to pass class 12.

The faculty relationships with student are very good like they are very helpful,friendly and interactive.The faculty i like the most is miss. Monamit Lepcha she is our biology teacher and she is very friendly and interactive with is thats the reason why we like her.There are 2 exams in every semester in the mid semester and in the end of the semester.But our college focuses on plactical exams more than theoritical exams.
