Likes

The infrastructure of the college is quite appreciating.
The library is good and consists of digital library also.
There is good bus facility for every village around the college.

Dislikes

The canteen in the college is very small comparing to the other colleges.
Almost of the faculty is not experienced.
There is no good ground for the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to work in the IT field after my graduation so I chose the CSE course. The curriculam which we are learning is not enough to compete with the real world. It is better to teach the real-world applications in academic curriculam.It is better to extend the semeter time as so many faculty is not completes the syllabus properly.

Class Size: 71Course Fees: INR 38500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For the bacth that i was joined i.e 2022-26 the tution fee for CSE is 38,500 rupees. I am paying it through JVD. I don't have any scholarship. I am paying the fees as four terms in an year as each term I pay 10,000 rupees. If you want to join through management seat the fee may be around 1 lakh rupees for CSE. Additional to that everyone should pay 10,000 rupees yearly as Autonomous fee as our college is Autonomous college. The exam fee for the semester exams is around 1,000 rupees.The sc,st categories will get the fee as PM scholarship.

Campus Life

This campus life is not as expected.There are no clubs in our college. But there are technical fests , annualday celebrations and freshers day. These are the only fests in our college.There are no sports in our college but you are talented in any sport the college will send you for various sports tournments in the other colleges.

Admission

The first reason I chose this college is it is near to my home town and there is good transport facility to the college from my town to college. I joined here through the eamcet as I goe around 32000 rank so I have got selected in the CSE group in this college.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:70. The student relationship with the faculty is good and the approach of the faculty is based on the individual. some faculty are good talktive to stuents and some are do thier work and move. I don't have any favorite faculty or disliked faculty but there is one faculty in my first sem who taught us chemistry but now he also left the college and joined other college.There are mainly three exams assingnments,mids and semesters. In the first year it is difficult to pass the exam but later we can pass. Maximum every faculty tries to give marks in the internals so it is not that diificult to pass.

Placement Experience:

Placements start from 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro visit with decent offers. Average package is good and many students get placed. After my degree, I plan to enter the tech industry.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.

After attending EAMCET exam, especially after the announcement of the results, we are able to see the feasible colleges by entering our roll number into system. A week after the results were announced,i went to Geethanjali college with my father. There was construction work happening at Geethanjali college, and the supervisor, known as mastri was supposed to be under the management of GIST. Through him,i was able to secure a building fee discount of 3000. Ultimately, during the EAMCET counselling, i was able to geta seat at Geethanjali college, which had been my aspiration. I choose to take up computers as my major. The main mistake I made was joining a new college, which has presented some difficulties regarding placements. A nurturing ground for future leaders

After completing the EAMCET exam I applied to 3 colleges like sri Venkateswara College,visvodaya college and Geethanjali institute of science and technology college , in first counseling I placed in Geethanjali college and later I applied to 2nd counselling also I got seat in Geethanjali college. I choose this college because of over other relatives are studied in this college and got placed in placement training . I don't get any rejection from other colleges ,first I prefer Geethanjali college as a first preference .
