My college review

Infrastructure is amazing at my college with is a beautiful courtyard and everything is so decorative here, take it from stairs to classrooms. But the faculty is really disappointing, they are not worth the money.

The course curriculum is based on DAVV guidelines as my college is affiliated to DAVV. BBA is a 3 years professional course. Total six semesters throughout the completion of course. Each semester has six subjects. And after every 6 months, the final exam is taken of 80 marks, also internal and external exams in between the semester of 10 marks respectively.

The placements are very good at my college. Recently there was a campus drive for placement companies like Amazon and other Indore based companies came some like Raletta Technology Pvt. Ltd, Stellar Alliance Pvt. Ltd. As my college is only for graduation so there is no placement cell for commerce and management department. Job profile from Amazon: Customer Service Executive (3 students from final year BBA and B.Com were selected). Raletta Technology Pvt Ltd: Internship ( required interns for back office administration, marketing, content writer) (16 students were selected). Stellar Alliance Pvt Ltd : Business Development Executive (7 students were selected ) .

Our campus life is very busy, every day some of the other activity is going on. Workshops are held on a regular basis for digital marketing, nutrition, self defense and so on. Recently our annual Sports Day was celebrated for the first time, all the departments of Fashion Design, Interior Design, Architecture and commerce, and management took part in it. It was a great success. My college doesn't organize as such any fest but we have an annual exhibition "Parishkriti " for Fashion Design and Interior Design students in which a lot of competition are held, many tours and a lot more. We also celebrated Navratri.

The fee structure is feasible for commerce and management students for other departments it's expensive. Also, the bus facility is very expensive here at my college. For BBA student the fee structure is Rs. 30,000 per year.

My college provides two kinds of scholarship one is academic scholarship and the other one is based on government criteria for Different categories like OBC/ST/SC/General. For 70% to 80% marks in 12th any stream college provide a 10% scholarship on fee and for 60% to 70% marks it gives a 5% scholarship.No loan facility is there. We have a scholarship cell.

In Extracurricular activities we have debate, extempore , advertisement making and many more. About labs we have computer lab it is really good and maintained. We have a library filled with all important course related books also with some fun and interesting books. My college have One football ground , one basketball court and one ground only for enjoying nature. Also the heart of my college our Canteen. It's so attractive as if like a beautiful cafe, it is outsourced and food is amazing here. We have a big auditorium. Also, we used to have Zumba classes every Wednesday at my college courtyard or auditorium but it's on a break now due to exams of B.Com students.

No I have not opted for Hostel but one of my friends opted for it and I have seen hostel rooms. So I have the basic information about it. Hostel infrastructure is good they provide all facilities like food, electricity, laundry, etc. Hostel rooms have 2 seaters, 3 seater, and 4 seater rates changes according to the per person in a room. If there as 4 people in a room the amount is Rs.4,000 per month.

I have no comments with alumni students. But yeah with seniors we have a good match. They are very helpful when we were going through our first internals we were a little stressed so our seniors guided us and told about there experiences. Also when we had to plan any event or competition for our department seniors are always there for our juniors.

Teachers at my college are very helpful they are always there for any guidance, as being in the 1st year a lot of things were new for us in college, our teachers guided and helped us in all possible ways. But with something good, something bad is also there. Teacher's at my college is not much qualified also they are not much knowledgeable. There teacher quality is really disappointing, lectures are so boring not at all interactive it's like the teacher is reading from the book and explaining, their knowledge is not shared with us. They don't come prepared for the classes. There teaching methods are not efficient even if they use the projector they follow the same rule read and explain no presentations any nothing. One teacher sometimes not sometimes actually almost teaches more than one subject in the same class. Faculty is not good here, no teacher stays for long .
