Course Curriculum Overview

Bcs is now a four year course so now it is better for students who want to apply in foreign universities for masters as four year degrees are given a preference. The course covers all the knowledge about computers and it's applications using cs, statistics,maths and electronics as the competition of these students will be with engineering students

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 51000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides with various internships in each field but afterall it is the students academic performance which is the criteria for his selection for a specific internship and the stipent followed by the experience letter

Placement Experience

Good companies like Tata consultancy services, HCl, amdocs, delloit visit the college for placements also the placement cell of the college is very helpful to the students although landing a good job and clearing the interviews is on the student himself

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for first year with security deposit was 55000....so total course fees will be 200000 for the course as the course is of four years as the college is following New Education Policy(NEP) pattern where the degree is now of 4 years

Campus Life

The college is good in terms of laboratories , library and study area and the playground which also provides the sports equipment .but other than that it doesn't have a good campus as there is no free space for students to chillout and no canteens

Admission

I chose this college for the following reasons: 1: Close to the area I live in 2. Autonomous college has the power to decide its own curriculum pattern and exams 3: It is amongst the oldest and well-known colleges in the town

The course of bcs is now of 4 years with 8 semesters. According to nep a person can leave the course whenever he wants ie. If he leaves it after 1 year he will be given a certificate of 1 year, after 2 years will be given a diploma and after 3 years a 3 years degree and if completes till 4th year a honours degree

Well worth the journey!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

From 6 sem th students are eligible for campus placement, there were many companies which gave the placement in this college like eg infosys, biochroma, thakur polytechnic etcthe higesh package was about 11 lpa and average was about 5 lpa , about 80 percent students got the placements but my plan after getting the degree was to do masters

In univeral college from sem 6 students become eligible for campus placements, Name of the companies offered in placement is TATA TCS, Infotech , and etc. Highest package from our college is 10 LPA and average is 3.2 lacs per annum. 20% percent of students successfully get placed in the companies from our placement team. After getting degree i will prefer to study more with MCA two years of course and side by side business & developing webs and applications as this is my passion and motive. i will prefer business Now i am interested in python programming language and JAVA after this React JS, Node JS and PL / SQL + MONGO DB for backend programming which has no user interactions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
