Likes

First year students attempt almost all the classes and lectures studies matters in first two semesters
Faculty staff is very good and supportive for first year students
Senior interaction is very good and luckily we have very awesome supportive seniors

Dislikes

Infrastructure is really bad and I don't like it my colleage is situated out of city location between fields
Girls interaction is very low because my college is an engineering college
Over load studies are the crutial point of every engineering college

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm studying in private college and their is direct admission applied teaching method may make a change and wants a more practical studies and this is the area of improvement the difficulties in exam centre is not so much .

I'm paying rs90000 per year 70000 tution fee 8000 registration fee and 12000 other college internal axam fees I'm general category student that's why I didn't receive any scholarship meanwhile my friends from other backward categories paying less fees as compare to me and they also receive scholarship from government

Campus Life

My overall experience of my college is below average I m not so happy of this but ok experience was i have from my college and i want to do IIT now but I have no other option of this I'm in second year now .

Hostel Facilities

As we all know average Indian hostel about 50000 yearly fees have not very good facilities but over this we have experienced a good mess food and staff of our hostel and warden is so friendly and kind .

Admission

I choose this college because I was not able to do jee exam because of low percentage in inter examination I have no option other than this college that's why I choose this college over any other college.

Faculty

Faculties are supportive and college conduct test and examination by their routine time and at end semester university take a final exam to declare final results and their no minus marking all good and experienced.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

Placement Experience:

The student are available for placement from the starting of the 4th year of 7th semester. There's are lot of decent companies that come to our college like TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, CAPGEMINI etc The highest placement of my college is about 58 lpa and the average placement of my college is about 7.5lpa The 90 percentage of the students who participated in the placement are being placed rest are gone for their higher studies. My planned after getting my degree is to grab a decent package from the college and started my career.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Recently Infosys visited our college, however the average and highest package was not yet declared but we have heard rumours that the highest package is somewhat around 30 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 65%. My plans after getting this degree is applying for external placements as well.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
