Remarks

Fees are very less , canteen near by is very poor evry time we have to go far because college canteen is evey time close, teacher are not so good the college is very old so the infrastructure is very old design.

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam structure are based on the semester. There are 6 semester to pass the course. There are various and different department of engineering like ( electrical mechanical chemical civil plastic ) etc. There are also internal test which have 20 marks.

There are no placement officer. Job opportunity are less because of majority seat are taken in the collage. Yes these collage provided internship, but I don't have knowledge about it. Stipend it can be 5000 pr month

It is a government collage so fees are so less. It basis on the marit so i have very few amount to spend and I have to spend only for the transportation. It can vary from the distance. So the nearest railway station is valsad

Scholarship can be given to the st /sc cota and the address P.O.Box No : 87, Kosamba Road, Valsad. ... MOU Between Prasad Group,Vatva, Ahmedabad and Plastic Engg Department,GP Valsad. These scholarships are applicable for ST\SC and OBC student. The scholarship can be filled by offline and online.

No i haven't opted for hostel. There are many hostel near college but I didn't apply because I live in a city so that's why I don't needed to stay in the hostel, but hostel is average the students can stay.

Yes my Senior and cousins are there so they give me brief idea about college and also introduce me to the faculty so they give me proper facility and guidance and also good knowledge and skills. So it's very helpful for me.

Through the 10th exam score and gujarat technology university are give a 250? of user id and password through them you have to login and online process are gone through by gtu rules and regulations. Process are very lengthy.

Faculty

Faculties are some are very experienced and some are less, majority have degree like bachelor of engineering and less faculty have degree like master of engineering. There are more fresher facility so there are young to teaching

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Likes

Infrastructure is just too good- Building is Fully Air Conditioned
Placement are really decent for a Commerce Graduate around 6-7 Lakhs per annum
Lots of student Associations are there to gain practical exposure.

Dislikes

Very Strict Attendance Policy of 75 Percent.
Rigid and Time Consuming Course Structure
Lot of Fests are there but they do not match the Vibe like North Indian Colleges Fests

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent around 6-7 LPA and almost 50% students get placed and the Highest package is Around 22LPA . Many MNCs visit the college such as McKinsey,Barclays, Goldman Sachs etc. • I am planning to get placed in a MNC.

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

The professors at the college were always available for any doubt clearances or any other help
College also offered courses free of cost of latest technologies
The college supported students in taking part in any paper conference or hackathon

Dislikes

Conduction of technical events was comparatively less
The was alumni connection was not available through college
The infrastructure could be improved more

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the fourth year. There are good number of placement opportunities available through college but the placement package is less compared to other colleges. The placement cordinator is helpful.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Dkte is best for practical knowledge because of its pilot plants which are having machineries with good working conditions
Highly skilled faculties with excellent experience of industrial as well as teaching sector
There are many facilities like idea lab and other testing labs are available which helps students in there project related and research related work

College timing is more as compared to other Colleges
Extra curricular activities and annual events are not upto the marks as compared to other colleges
Canteen facilities for breakfast, lunch, dinner are not that good

Students are getting eligible in 6 semester for campus placement Companies like Trident , Arvind Ltd, epic group ,uniclo, vardhaman textile ,dyester ,Aditya Birla knits, Aditya Birla fashion retail, reliance, OCM ,donear etc are visiting and offering jobs ranging from 3.5 lakhs to 18 lakhs per annum Highest salary job is given by companies like Trident and epic group the salary is ranging between 18 -19 lakhs 100 % of students are getting placed every year
